Spore Runtime Error

So this is a problem that is cropping up all over the place, but I thought I'd start a new thread. I'll play Spore for a while, and then the window will close (I will see my desktop) and it'll say some sort of error (I didn't write it down, I will when I get the chance). It will ask if I want to debug it, and both yes and no lead to a Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error. HELP!!
