Way to be nice to the people who are trying to help. EA support actually does respond with real people. Granted, they seem to be outsourced to India or some such foreign country (The guy who replied to me was named "Raj Kumar V") but if you wait long enough you should get real people.

Also of note is that certain EA Customer support emails have been disabled. I visited help.ea.com and used their Game Advisor feature. Just reporting offensive creations with the report button should be addressed though.

One of my dutch friends has some really raunchy creations. They've been reported several times, but he's never been asked to remove them or change them.
