Re:Spore teaches "the lie" of Evolution

If you watch the interview videos, you'll see one where Will Wright comments on how people reacted to the game in terms of religious values. He stated that he expected more bad reports from Christians, but that in general didn't get many. Instead, he got a lot more bad reports from Athiests. Just because one person writes up something like that doesn't mean that's the feeling of all Christians. It's the same with everything else... everyone has their own opinion and their opinion doesn't reflect what everyone else thinks.

I feel bad for the few ignorant people who actually voted "yes".

Some people are too sensitive about this topic.

DO NOT READ IF YOU'RE DEFENSIVE OF YOUR RELIGION AND TAKE OFFENSE EASILY.
Hell, in this day and age it surprises me people still even have belief systems. They were only founded to control and masses and answer what science could not.

Now they're mostly mainly around just so people can cope with death. The whole "If you're a good person you'll go somewhere better than here" thing just teaches people that they never stop existing. Believe it if you want, but I know when I die. I die. There is no afterlife, I wont be reincarnated. I'll just be dead. Why is that such a hard concept to grasp?

People, religious or not, should be able to distinguish between real and fiction. This is a game. While Spore has evolution as part of the game concept, I don't believe it attack creationism in any way shape or form.

I believe in God, I believe in Jesus SPORE and His death, burial, resurrection and finally ascension into Heaven. I believe He died for ALL our sins and I believe that in order to get to Heaven I must simply trust in HIM. I am a Christian and I don't believe that the game Spore is an "attack" on Christianity.

We all make a choice in what to believe in and what controls our lives. Spore is a game. A form of entertainment.

I am done preaching but honestly people need to settle down and stop looking too much into the game and just enjoy Spore for what it is...a fun GAME. Not an ethical battle between good and evil.

Heh, I was waiting for this topic the second I started playing Spore. I just KNEW it would come up sooner or later.

Personally, I voted "no", but I'm not surprised if some of the more "hardcore" members of a religious group may take it that way.

Heck, I've seen some groups attack Star Wars because they teach "The Force" instead of "God" , everyone has an opinion on everything. I say if you enjoy it play it, if it offends then don't play. There are thousands of games out there but some people just have an urge to try to make someone feel guilty about what they percieve as fun. It's just the world we live in.

Spore teaches "the lie" of Evolution

Evolution is a fact. Well, the slow changing over time of a species to adapt to it's changing environment. We can observe it in creatures that have fairly short lifespans. It's a FACT.

What's "not fact" and only an "educated guess" (note the suspicious lack of SUPERSTITION in that process) is the extrapolation back to "billions of years ago" based on EVIDENCE.

The core separation is that religion doesn't use fact or evidence and science does. Science uses fact and evidence to form conclusions and make statements that are supported by those facts and that evidence. Science is reality based while religion is fantasy based. The two CAN (mostly) co-exist. And, ironically, it's the religious types that don't think so (since their fantasy story tellers tell them so, but not supported in fact or evidence).

Either join the rest of the sane people on the planet and agree to some basic precepts of reality (like what a fact is), or continue to live in your own little delusion. The choice is up to you, but don't be surprised when all hell breaks loose when you try to jam your fair tale down sane people's throats.

Spore teaches "the lie" of Evolution

Seriously, do we really need to bring up this topic again. The last time it just ended up being a bunch of people flaming each other without even considering the points the other side was making (and that goes for both sides).
So let's agree to keep it civil this time and not let it get to the point it was last time please.

I, as a Christian, find nothing offensive with this game and honestly if you are a Christian and you do you need to lighten up, it's a game. To disregard the theory of evolution completely is unwise and to disregard the fact that we still can't explain many intricacies of evolution is just as problematic. Honestly there will be extremists on both sides that are offended Atheists and Christian alike but overall the number offended on both sides will be minuscule in comparison to those who weren't.

And since people seem curious...
For me personally the issues of the origin of life are a minor part of why I'm a Christian. For me it's mainly due to the things I've seen happen throughout my life that just make me go "there must be someone out there who cares" and in my case so many that I can't just accept it as chance.
Now THAT is asinine. Some of you may be too young to recall Maxis early attempts at this same theme, called SimLife and SimEarth that came out in the late 80's early 90's. Of course the game is rooted in modelling what we know scientifically and blending it with a fictional universe and a fun creative gameplay. For a very long time Maxis made the most educational games that had ever been attempted, don't shortchange them now because they are being market controlled by EA.

The idea that Will Wright and Co. spent 5 years to develop this as an attack on ANY religion is ludicrous.

I never understood this mentality even when I used to be a Christian?

Just because you belive God created everything, who is to say that the PROCESS through which he worked was not what we observe as natural processes like natural selection and evolution?

The Bible doesn't actually say HOW God does things, just that he did them. You pray for something to happen, and then a dozen small coincidences take place that allow that thing to happen, and then you say "my prayers were answered" - but you probably don't assume that because each of those 12 things that needed to happen first could have happened naturally that God didn't answer your prayer...you say "God works in mysterious ways".

Just as God works through "natural" processes in all the things you witness in life, it seems reasonable to conclude it's at least POSSIBLE that he worked in similarly natural processes in his creation of the rest of the universe as well?

Evolution is a Theory. And a theory is just a possible explanation of an observation. A fact is just a statement like the grass is green or the sky is blue. And what is this "evidence" you speak of that religion lacks? No transitions in the fossil records? Strange, wasn't that a key part of Darwin's Theory.... There is plenty of scientific evidence for documents like the bible. It is a historical fact (notice the usage of the word fact in this sentence and not theory) proven in many historical records that a man named Jesus was alive during those days. Also numerous events can be proven too like the flood that wipes out the world not in 1, but 3 old documents (Epic of Gilgamesh, Bible, and Pool Vuh (need help with spelling on last document). Also numerous visions in old and new testaments in the bible have been fulfilled (Prime example, Book of Daniel. Had a dream of 4 beasts that represented empires. Babylonian, Meso-Persian, Greek, and Roman. One of the beast that represented Greek was a 4-headed leopard. The most famous person from Greek was Alexander the Great who was know for how fast his armies could move (the lepord) and once he died, his 4 generals took over and ended up dividing the kingdom (4 heads). 1 more for those who don't like "fairy tales". A story in the old testament tells of a battle where the sun stopped in the sky. Scientist have been able to prove that the solar systems paths don't line up because the earth is a day behind what it should.

Because thought will always be its own destroyer.

GI: So do you see the game as promoting evolution?

Wright: I think people can take away different things. [Laughs] I’ve seen people on the Internet debating whether Spore was promoting intelligent design or evolution. Just getting people to have that discussion is worthwhile, but I personally fall very much on the evolution side of things.

Source: http://gameinformer.com/News/Story/200808/N08.0827.1733.24949.htm

Also for the sake of argument:

Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1) - Cite This Source - Share This
the·o·ry [thee-uh-ree, theer-ee] Pronunciation Key
–noun, plural -ries.
1.	a coherent group of general propositions used as principles of explanation for a class of phenomena: Einstein's theory of relativity.
2.	a proposed explanation whose status is still conjectural, in contrast to well-established propositions that are regarded as reporting matters of actual fact.

These are the two most supported definitions of Theories that I know of.

Also pointing out the similarities in religions is silly. You do realize by your argument I can point out that Dionysus was Jesus because Jesus's life is basically a carbon copy of his. Religions copy each other's ideas much like sci-fi writers do.

The flood is a very popular tool because of its power and reach. Just like volcanic action helps support the thesis of a fiery underworld. Also saying that an empire would be defined by something bestial is not all that difficult to surmise, the animal kingdom is used in 'all' cultures. Be it cats, bulls, swans, whales, deer, or a myriad of other animals. That would be like me predicting "I foresee that in the future men across the world will wonder what is out there that we do not know." These blanket obvious statements are the same ones that psychics use to make it seem like they are talking to the dead. Man was able to see something like 2% of his reality when faith became the definitive choice in explaining life, now I feel that religion survives because we use 2% of our brains.

Evolution is very simple to see. The similar activities of children and apes. The fact that whales have tiny leg bones inside their rears or that snakes have underdeveloped legs in their persons. The bone structures of many dinosaurs and birds. Or even the video that came with spore talking about the genetic code and how evolution works. The thing that boggles me about these sort of things is that something so simple is overlooked and called hard. This is probably why people pay hand over fist for me to defrag their computer. People don't want to learn anything they don't have do and those of us willing to learn are the ones that profit...both fiscally and in life.

- Rico -

A hypothesis is an educated guess, or suggested explanation for a phenomenon. A theory, in terms of a scientific theory, is "a testable model of the manner of interaction of a set of natural phenomena, capable of predicting future occurrences or observations of the same kind, and capable of being tested through experiment or otherwise verified through empirical observation."

Evolution is the process by which organisms change over time through random mutation and natural selection. It is observable. It can be experimented with. The innumerable variations of the influenza virus and the incredibly adaptable AIDs virus are quite good examples of evolution which are observable in our own lifetime.

If you dismiss evolution because someone went on a tangent about "missing links" and "gaps in the fossil record" then I am sincerely sorry that you are incapable of thinking for yourself.

Evolution does not conflict with religious ideas that a deity created life. Evolution does not attempt to explain the origin of life, nor is it intended to. That's an entirely separate field of study.
Uhhh sorry but you can't be christian and believe in evolutionism.
You're right, following the teachings of SPORE and/or believing he was the son of God is antithetical to the concept of evolution.

Wait...

Not all Christians take the bible literally. In fact there are many Christians who follow SPORE's teachings while at the same time recognizing the fact that the Bible was a document written 400 years after SPORE's death, mixing the story of SPORE as told third hand by the disciples and passed down by word of mouth for four centuries with dogma from the text of the Old Testament.

Before his death Pope John Paul himself recognized evolution, and although the Pope is Catholic I use this example to further a point. Regardless of what you may have heard, or what you may believe, other people can, and do, believe whatever they want to believe for whatever reasons they have.

Edit- This text filter is just plain silly
Let's see...

I love the hardcore religious kooks. I wonder if he's vehemently opposed to the round earth theory, or the theory of gravity as well heh.

Spore teaches "the lie" of Evolution

Just a few thoughts...

First of all, evolution is not a "lie." Everything we know in the biological sciences (including but not limited to medicine, agriculture, pharmacology, and many other life-saving branches of knowledge) is based on an understanding of evolution. Without that foundation, we have no modern biological science. Period.

Second, I am a bible-toting Christian who believes in God, believes we were created in his image, etc. I just don't believe that the Earth was created in 6 days, or that the Earth is 6,000 years old. Just 'cause ecclesiastical leaders say it's so doesn't make it so. The Catholic church insisted that the Earth was the center of the universe and persecuted those that believed otherwise (read "Galileo"). This whole evolution debate is just the latest round of top-down, prescriptive religion, touted by luddites who are afraid of the advance of knowledge, or are afraid that their non-biblical preconceptions will be shattered by innovative thinkers.

Third, Spore is a game. (granted it's not the best game in the world, but I find it entertaining). Whether you believe in creationism or intelligent design, or natural selection, you can still have fun playing this game. 'Nuff said.
This is a game, how is this attacking any christian values?

Ok, so evolution is the theory they chose, but it's the point, and has some proof behind it, and either way it's hell of a lot more fun.

My girlfriend (which is Christian, ZOMG right?), anyways she saw/tested this game and didn't have a problem with it, it's just like all the Shooter, and just about any game, Christianity says you shouldn't be having fun killing, hurting, and doing just about anything to anyone else.

Besides, would you want a game where God just creates your creature for you? Not much customizing there, right?
I still say this game is a good example of how an intelligent creature cannot create the living organisms we have today.

Check the 10 million or whatever it is now creations. Look at the striking features they have, like mouths for buts and spikes for eyes. That is basically what you'd be looking at around you if anything with actual thought patterns made things. Hell 99% of the things that end up in movies wouldn't be able to physically move and at least 20% of them would be crushed under their own weight.

Live seems more now than ever to be a process that requires balance and a good sized serving of chance. Everytime I see a child acting like a chimp or vice versa I sort of get lost in the controversy (as in how there is any). The video on evolution that came with the Galactic Edition was actually really good, I suggest it to anyone who wants to buy the game and feel like they got their money's worth . (Since when I bought it it was 10 dollars more than the regular game...I imagine that cost alone could be justified by the sheer weight of the case and accompanying book).

I like how they call it "the lie" of evolution. As if all the scientists out there, people who by definition seek truth and to understand the universe, have anything to lie about, or have anything to gain from agreeing with the theory.
Why is everybody always so defensive about "Christian values"?

As if THOSE ever got us anything. The middle ages were FULL of Christian values and look where that lead us!

It wasn't until the enlightenment (and although that name MAY sound religious, it was all but) gave us scientific methods to understand the world we live in that we stopped burning witches (although the religious nutjobs always had good fun abusing scientific principles for their own flawed logic -- the final result being modern "Christian science" and theologies).

Sure, racism has been justified by abusing scientific principles (the principles only, not science at large), but saying that would make science evil is just like saying motorways are evil because the nazis built motorways.

Even creationists use scientific principles, although only when they don't conflict with their facts (read: biblical claims and interpretations).

The wonderful thing about logic is you can use it to prove anything. As long as you don't question the assumptions your conclusions are based on -- and religious assumptions are always a bit funny and counter-intuitive.

the evolution theory should be thought at school instead of the believers bull known as god.

Given, you can believe whatever you wish, but keep to the facts when it comes to sience and the matter. Its like the same thing when it comes to Stamcell research by using embryo's. The believers are heavily against it, thus denying the people the medical research they relie on. In such, believers destroy the living races. As with it allowed we cannot only save ourselfs, improve ourselfs but also the animals we rely on and love oh so much(Animal haters can rot for all i care).

Evolution is that simple. We changed from neander to the homosapiens. We didn't evolve form wise because simply the earth wasnt going to hell yet. Now that we are effectively slowly killing Earth, we shall adapt to its new life enviroment. Evolving in to a new human. Better resistances etc. Just like Germs and diseases evolve. They create a immunity to medicine when exposed to it for a long long time.

There is no way in hell God does that.
Why is it that I have only ever seen this kind of thing discussed on the internet? Is it actually a matter of contention in some places?
No, its a matter of this....

People can say whatever they want to online, with no real consequences. You wouldn't tell someone on the street that you think their beliefs are moot and they should cease to exist - because that would get you beat. Online, just a bunch of immature flaming. People should engage their brains before they start up their fingers.

And I voted no, because it is a game (and doesn't teach the actual theory at all)
I do think evolution is a lie, but Spore uses a different engine to evolve its creatures...

Evolution is flawed because of only 2 things.
1. where are the "in between" creatures? If evolution teaches advancement over time, where are the creatures that are only halfway evolved? I don't see any, only a bunch of extinct species that didn't cut it.
2. You still cannot get something out of nothing. If space Boomed into existence by particles colliding, where did the particles come from? Still can't pull off that magic.

Half-life, gravity and energy physics all point to eventual death and chaos, so how can something evolve up river? It simply is a severely flawed theory, that Darwin himself dismissed once he tested it. Why is it still around?
who says creationism and evolution cannot compliment each other? its the extremists on both sides that create the problem. like the intentions of this poll. attack on christian values? the biggest perpetrators against christian ideals are todays christians themselves. the bad ones (which seems to be a lot) try to push their beliefs on everyone and ruthlessly attack anyone that doesn't submit to their way of thinking immediately, like God ordained them to be an ultimate judge over everyone else.

news flash, even The Bible states these things are out of your hands. but if you think you're in control of Gods will then I can't wait to see your face when you're standing in front of him.
I would rather go to hell (lawl really) than deal with a childlike jealous deity.

Plus the idea that anything done in the space of a single human life is worth eternal punishment is so idiotic that I'm hardpressed to see how anyone still believes.

Also the story of adam and eve is ridiculous. Basically its saying that if you had a child you never educated on the dangers of boiling water were to accidentally be burned (or coaxed into touching the water by some ahole) that you would in return beat the SPORE out of them for being stupid.

Yeah...that seems reasonable.

Re:Spore teaches "the lie" of Evolution

In truth most religions do not have a problem with evolution and have added it to their belief system. This link is an example of the most fanatical of religions even saying their is no conflict. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26747166/ Only the most uneducated of the masses and literal fanatics have any thing against evolution. Most of us I believe have moved on to contemplating this new information into our beliefs systems.
I think the only people left against it are those that don't understand it at all or are afraid they will be too confused by it. What they don't understand brings fear so they seek simple and comfortable beliefs. It's a hard enough world in my opinion as it is with out any one stifling thought.
The compromise between religion and science to me is a easy step to take it seems people in general want to find the problems so they do. I believe in God, I believe in Evolution, I believe other life may exist in other parts of the universe, I believe in the possiblity of multi verses and extra dimensions. I believe in Jesus and I believe he would be the first person to encourage the human race to explore their minds and thoughts as fully as they could.
I wonder what the starter of this thread would label me. A heathen? A fool? Doesn't much matter because every day I wake up without internal conflict or constant philosophical paradoxs. I don't believe any one that thinks evolution is a lie or only disproves God can say the same thing. I feel bad for the fanatics against evolution I think they are missing an amazing angle of an amazing creator.
In the end though it doesn't matter what any of us think. All we can control is how we treat each other. I'd say thats why so many waste so much time fighting over religion and thoughts. It saves them from doing any real work like treating each other well on a day to day basis. The stuff that matters gets skipped while the world goes to a hell it creates debating if God exists.
Be kind and if God exists yay for you if he doesn't at least you made the best of the time you had. This eon long debate just seems so pointless when it obscures such simple common sense. Treat others like you would have them treat you. Then watch how far this species evolves. I wish you all the best hope you having fun with the game sorry about the long post I had time to kill.

Seriously.. No. It does not. At all. Period.

Never in the game did I see an educational video about the evolution of mankind. Never once did I read any subtitle that states "Now it's time to evolve your creature, like the sapients of old did when humans came to be"

It doesn't teach anything. You play the game as a guiding force for your race... you push it in the direction you want it to go. You can even skip the whole "evolution" aspect and go from cell, to senitent being

If anything, this game is an attack on God, himself. Since in use, you practicly act like a god in the game. Which, by the way, breaks two commandments that I can think of off the top of my head. So you should stop playing now. As for me, I believe both God and Santa Claus are playing SPORE in thier own home right now, sharing thier creations with each other, while lolcat is watching them, from the ceiling, wishing he had opposable thumbs

Wow... a poll like this and NO comments?

Of course the way this Poll reads, it pre-supposes that Christians consider Evolution a "lie."

As a Christian myself I would not use the term "lie" to describe Evolution. There are typically many lies told by both sides during discussions of our Origins. But I do not think that the people explain human origin in naturalistic terms are doing so as an intentional deception.

I do not necessarily subscribe to the theory of evolution. If that is the way creation was carried out, then so be it. But my beliefs are not founded in the fact that I am or am not descended from "simpler" creature.

This game is founded on the idea that creatures DO evolve. It suggests Panspermia as well. But it does not suggest a laissez faire approach to evolution.

This game, suggests a purpose behind creation. This game suggests intention. It suggests a "higher" being calling the shots.

I am not a casual, watered-down Christian by any extent. I do not just call myself a Christain, but instead every action is guided by my beliefs. However my beliefs do not find conflict with my ability enjoy toying with possiblities in a fun a creative game called Spore.

Spore teaches "the lie" of Evolution

Anyone who has studied anything about creationism, or religion knows that we dont have total proof of either just yet. fossil records cannot be linked, our DNA isnt compatible with apes due to the amount chromosomes we have, and creationism seems like total magic. I'm not knocking any of your beliefs, I myself am a religios person, but i don't deny the fact that there are alot of holes in what i have learned. so by all means continue to use your right to believe what you want. but study up a little bit on the subject, (dont believe all of what your force-fed in church or school like a herd of mindless cattle) youd be suprised by the gaps in both beliefs. As for the attack on religion- It is human nature that if there are no problems, then we will create one. if there is no current subject at hand, we must find one. and lastly, if we find anything that imposes upon what we believe, we immediately take offence to it. I expected alot more of this when this game came out, however it seems that there are fewer people really worried about the implications of the game, and instead are just enjoying it (as its meant to be enjoyed) So in closing- NO this does not attack my religion, its a video game based one of many theories, and I enjoy it very much.
Peace \|/

note up front; if you are a bratlike teenager you wont find this interesting, go to your room and shut it!

I could imagine it did offend some creationists and they have a right to their own opinion (and if its based on religion, so be it).
Obviously "Darwinism" & Creationism not fully exclude each other, but I personally dont buy into the "intentionally hidden dinobones thing" used to connect them both.

The statement "religion, was part of the game" is rather funny
and as so often the "Will Wright usage of stereotypes and clichees
(there is an older lecture of his on stereotypes in movies and games on googlevideo)
is spot on, but to some, spot on mockery. The creatures language and habitus is similar to the sims highlighting the most remarkable of things ;
very functional to portrait something via highlighted symbolism and charming, but rather shallow if we are honest.

Religion* is not philosophy** , but there is philosophy IN religion and being researched in all religions.
And if you think the greek philosophes were more civilized than the great religious movements, check wiki for slavery during the greek empire.

*The English word religion is in use since the 13th century, loaned from Anglo-French religiun (11th century), ultimately from the Latin religio, "reverence for God or the gods, careful pondering of divine things, piety, the res divinae". (wikipedia)

** The word philosophy is of Ancient Greek origin: φιλοσοφία (philosophía), meaning "love of knowledge," "love of wisdom."(wikipedia)

On a personal note, I see no sense in mocking someones believe ,as much as a zealot they may be in my view.
But surely those who have fun doing it would not do it ,if they knew how dear and vitally important religion is to some.

Apart from being rude, disrespectful and talking about something you obviously wish to have nothing to do with,

why bother ? Grow up!

Namaste!

oLO

PS: Creationism had its era with games like populous black&White and other god games; now the " spiritual magic" is called "connector genes"- all we can learn from all those theories, is that we will never be 100% right.

Really? Of course it isn't. I actually believe that evolution is part of God's plan and that evolution doesn't disprove God the same way that God doesn't disprove evolution. Acording to the Bible, man was created from the "clay of the earth." I don't think that this means we were made from dirt, but that we were slowly molded, like clay, using evolution by God.

See, a lot of religious nuts (or what I call them, not like regular religious people, I mean the people that get into other peoples business because there so religious) like to find everything that doesn't apply to exactly what god 'said' to them, and point it out and say who ever said it is going to burn in hell for all of Eternity. Or something along those lines. They have ways to find Satan in just about anything, Ie. World of Warcraft, Diablo (one of there main attacks.), Everquest, games with magic- err... About all games actually.

As for if evolution makes more sense then god poofing up everything in 7 days, it does make FAR more sense, and I don't know where they get that from, I think they should be more concerned on when the hell the universe started, as that is something we're much less sure on, although there pretty good on preaching how it's going to end.
im catholic and i believe that god created the world and stuff but i don't fell offended at this game at all...
Just FYI the Catholic Church officially accepted evolution and most of the modern science theories (they actually were harder supporters of Big Bang even before it was totally accepted by the scientific community). So if you or your catholic priest feel evolution doesn’t match with your beliefs you are truly misinformed.

This seems to be an issue just in some Christian fundamentalist backward senctors.

Re:Spore teaches "the lie" of Evolution

A) Evolution is not an attack on Christian values, so it would be impossible to produce anything based on Evolution as an attack on Christian values. It's not even an attack on Christian belief. Biology of which evolotion is a part of, along with astronomy, physics, and chemistry, does fly in the face of literal Bible interpretations of select biblical passages. However none of them are crucial for any of the value systems for any of the prominent Judeo-Christian-Islamic denominations.

B) The game hardly has a deep evolutionary science basis to it. In fact, since you, as the player, are required to make the specific decisions in order to see your creature reach the tribal stage, one could argue that the game is more of a proponent of Intelligent Design.

Re:Spore teaches "the lie" of Evolution

Alright, time for a few points.

Spore is a game, that's it. What it teaches us or tries to teach us depends greatly on what a parent or guardian of the person experiencing the game teaches them.

For example: If a child's family denies him or her from playing Spore based purely on the fact that you can create creatures with God-like powers, you may be teaching him or her one of a few things. You may teach them that evolution is not what we believe in. You may teach him that humans should not play God.

Also: The game has elements of religion interlaced in it. To deny the game is to deny how civilization may have invented religion, or why people believe. If one knows this and is denied of the experience, couldn't one question that fact..? To say, why fear a game that promotes how things may have happened.

This also goes into how video games as a whole affect our lives. Many people say that playing GTA will make people want to go and kill and rob more if they're used to that lifestyle. Though, I have yet to see this actually occur.

Anyways, I state once more, that Spore is a game, based on science, but in itself is not a proof of theory. Darwin's Theory and Drake's equations haven't been proven yet, because we have not found life elsewhere. Therefore, Spore is a fantasy SMMO with themes in RTS, Sandbox, and Black and White ( can't think of the game's genre. ) Nothing more. It is simply one more game that one must decide if it is appropriate for their kids to play, depending on how they want to raise them.

Signed by: Ex-Christian - Now Pagan believer.
