Wow, I find myself so incredibly bored that I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel for things to do, and eventually find myself forced to settle for popping in here, and I find more 'discussions' about writing.
Everyone has their style. Not everyone has the guts to take the hate, the corrections, and the downright obsessiveness of what it takes to make something a good read. Obviously those that do shouldn't hang around here, there are far better places to go.
Mind taking this argument to bits in such a way that a person who couldn't handle criticism would go away and cry? I'd really love to see how degraded the mentality of this forum has become.
I'm not sure if I can get into this, my mind just plain refuses to work right now. Oh well, less of an excuse to neglect my own novel. The advantage of having your current work destroyed by a hard drive failure, is that when you begin again, it's so much easier to improve.
I was thinking more of something that would be practical as an occupation, the magic aspect was meant to be that talent that makes her a bit more than totally useless in battle. Anyway, I'll go with relative in the college as a reason for her to be there, might add to the whole idea that it's one of the things she isn't bad at. P:
Alrighty, so I have made 0 progress with my character, is it alright if I seek out a little advice to get me started?
First, and very important question. What would an aspiring mage to do keep her college fees paid? I can't imagine that the School of Magic would be applicable to rebates, and she definitely wouldn't qualify for a scholarship.
It's somewhat tricky to work out, I'm guessing you're speaking about the people who agree that evolution happened, but don't see it as unreasonable to say that the circumstances to allow such a process to begin had outside influence.
Unless of course I'm just being weird again, I'm not a linguist or from the International Word Society so I can't really give a proper answer.
Yes, and it is a very challenging game if you're going for the Clean Hands achievement especially. The fact that unconscious people can die from hitting their head too hard was a source of incredible rage for me, but a huge plus in the end overall, on top of the dark and brutal story line, excellent soundscape, and pretty much a very well done combat system and those lovely witty lines. It is very worth it, and I cannot wait for the DLC's to come.
