I think these changes would be better suited for a Spore 2 rather an expansion pack due to the complexity of the idea - stats seem pretty integral to the creature stage and would require a lot of programming to replace. However regardless of in which way these changes come about I would certainly like to see them.
I sign.

Hi, I'm back. Real life got a bit busy. Still working on the next Lost Contact but I do have another adventure for review.
Hanajar - Home of the hanajii people. You arrive here on important business for the Galactic Union. However, soon things get out of hand.
Part 1 of 5
Just a small mini series I'm working on between LC's.

In my opinion, go with the free space idea. Using a lava planet as a sun or gas giant doesn't really look to convincing - it just looks like a lava planet.
you could however make a planet prop in the building editors and place it neat the station if you wish it to be orbiting a planet (or download one already made).

If you still need someone to do act 4, I'll be happy to help out. I'll just go get some pics of my creations...

I hope you just mean use a Maxis captain to test their adventures so we don't have download a creature that isn't even used. If everyone made adventures using only Maxis creations, that severely limits what you can actually do, seeing as most of the Maxis creations only really look good in wacky comedy adventures - I do not want to have to use a spoffit as a zombie.

I don't think I've seen any of yours...

(Hopes Maxis' response actually means something this time and not something to metaphorically "throw us off the scent")
Anyway, at least we aren't giving up.

The X-13 part sunds pretty cool and fits nicely with the word hybrid, which also sounds cool.

Are you talking about the stupid auto-response robots?
Or the incompetent dudes who only know to copy and paste from the help page?
they made spore! theres no other game like it! threres no game in the world where you make your own universe just the way you like it!
and they have made money but they are doing what they thing the spore fans want so they get more money!
COMPANIES ARE NOT SO GENEROUS! Maxis IS generous. Do you expect them to give everything the consumer wants, and to waste presious money? they already lost money by creating this game. I'm surprised they even have customer support. Just think about it. You have no money. And yet they try to help us.
If Maxis is genorous becuase it gives out customer support, then I know a few others who are mega-generous by giving their customers pathces that make the game actually work at least 80% instead of giving out a couple fixes and pretty much forgetting about the 6000 other game-wrecking bugs.
Pretty much all software companies have some form of customer support. So relativiely speaking, Maixs isn't that generous.

... at least thats the only thing I could think of that makes sense...
^if there is a logical reason to this, I'd go for this one.
However, Spore is not known for its scientific accuracy.

And it's nice to hear that most part of protestants are from US. This is very bad that there aren't many foreign users on this forum (I mean not from America).
PS there is an opinion that EAxis will just ignore us.
(Sorry for grammar)
Eh, even if EA does ignore us there is always a chance (albiet infinitely small) that they were planning on doing this anyway once the promotion ends.

Very nice... the city, although smaller than the previous ones, lokked very good and the new story seems set to be very interesting. Look forward to part XXI.

I thought 19 was a strange number to end a series with. I wonder if this is the "true" ending or the series being revived... will play immediately.

I have used many props and creatures in my adventures from other creators - sometimes becuase I can't make what's needed, sometimes as a hidden reference, and sometimes to save time and give the pile of gaprops in my sporepedia some use. I have yet to recieve a single complaint.
If you need to edit another's creation for an adventure to make it fit in, I would recommend giving credit in the description of the creation just to be safe.

I LOVED the first part to Deepspace, wanted to play the second part but I had to re-install spore and now my game insists that the creations in both of the released parts use non-existant parts. Opened them up in the editor and it turned out those creations were vehicles - which have NEVER had any new parts released for.
Long story short, I want to play it but can't because my game messed up big time. Stangely I've never gotten around to playing Bauder's Gate or Whom Gods Destroy... must get round to it at some point...
