yeah... sorry i've basically left the forums, i have a ton going on in real life and there's not much sign of letting up :P. i guess that's kind of a good thing, but it's a bummer that i haven't been able to get on here at all

And yes, we didn't want you to be scouting out potential moon base locales or anything like that, because your empire has proven to be less than trustworthy in the past. And no, we haven't been trying to build missile bases because unilke you, we are *loyal* to our friends, we do not make enemies with those who don't deserve it, and we try to be as peaceful as possible.

And we didn't want you to come sniffing around for whatever you were looking for because you never stated that you were searching for part of your history. if you had said that earlier, we may have been less skeptical, but again -- you proved your empire was less than trustworthy, so we were reluctant with good reason.

and you have been getting more powerful, *AND* more aggressive. this little moon incident just proves my point! we were building our defenses to protect ourselves in the event something like this happens, and it looks like we were wise to do so.

i will leave you with one final message, Itionio: you have worn out your welcome with us. you can either leave now and deal with what losses you've already suffered, or you can be killed by our unrelenting attacks on your colonies. we would have accepted an offer for peace, but you ruined your chances for that long ago. my recommendation to you now would be to get out while you still can because when we fight, we won't stop until either WE are all dead, or YOU are all dead."

hey blaster before i make my next post, i'd like to know what exactly i have on each of my planets before i start doing things that could have... *ahem* dramatic voice: dire consequences... *cough cough wheeze*. So yeah, if you could let me know how many armed and unarmed units i have, how many tanks, and how many buildings (and building types -- as in, forts, outposts, etc.) i have, that'd be great. i'll post my response ASAP once i get that info :P

Oh, you could PM it to me if you want to... doesn't matter to me. actually, a PM would probably be better so that not everyone has easy access to classified information :D. as the Navy says: "Loose lips sink ships."!

OOC: divide the troops up evenly between my planets plz :). i think i have two planets, so just split it 50troops/5vehicles per planet... if i have three planets, somehow, then split it 33 and 3 to each planet, with my home planet (Halan) getting 34 and 4. thanks!

P.S. i'll try to post more frequently, but like i said i have a lot on my plate in Real Life and i might be getting even more in the near future...

OOC: hey guys, on the topic of the points and how to show what you are and aren't buying and stuff, here's some suggestions:
•If you're making an IC (in character) message and the leader says something like: "we're going to have to start building our defenses," then add in right then & there that you are buying something, but type the point-spending info in double parentheses (these things: (()) ) and bold. so it looks like this:

"we're goign to have to start building our defenses ((-5pts on 25troops/5troops)).

•at the start of each post, type in how many points you're starting the post with, and how many you end with.
•if you are buying a lot of things, you might want to type up a little summary at the end of your message.
example:

•5pts on 25troops/5vehicles;
•10points on 1 stronghold;
•4pts on 2 spice ports

all of those (except the last one) are illustrated in my above post, if you want to see them 'in action'. :P

wow, those are incredible, james... :shock: i love the texturing on the windows, and the detailing with the metal parts to make them actually look like skyscrapers... i don't know why i even try any more :P
