C'mon, show your customer service EA/Maxis/whoever the heck runs this forum..... If you guys don't know a solution, can't you just make it where my Spore Page shows that I have GA?

Where did you get your code?

I don't know what happened, but when I bought GA and installed it, my "My Spore" page on Spore.com shows that I still don't own it even though I installed it and logged onto GA with my account. Also after I create a new adventure (w/ props) and share it, all the props (basically all non-GA items) get shared while my adventure itself doesn't (due to the fact that my "My Spore" page online doesn't show GA.) I have also tried reinstalling Core Spore, GA, and all the patches in the correct order but my account doesnt seem to show my GA. Please help.

Edit: When I view my Spore.com profile, I can see my Sporepoints earned but my captains appear for like a half a second then the "Buy GA Picture" comes up....

Edit: I've tried everything and still nothing. Maxis I need your help!

What is your OS that is being used?
And how exactly did you install Spore? I dont recall having to run each SporeBin file as Admin, unless you are using Vista.

As my post title says, GA is not showing up as being purchased on my My Spore account on Spore.com. Even in the game, it shows that I have successfully uploaded the adventure, but on the site, it shows no adventures nor GA on my account. I also have an achievement for first adventure uploaded which seems to be the only GA item appearing.

Was there a mess up in registering my GA onto my Spore account?

On GA, after I make a new adventure, I share it and it shows that it is successfully shared. But, my Spore Page on Spore.com shows that I haven't even purchased GA yet even though I did. So, the website doesn't show my newly made adventures and others are unable to see them. Please help?

Ok, I'm able to login and I did your idea of the new SS's and it shared, but on my Spore page on Spore.com, it still shows that I haven't bought GA and it doesn't show the newly uploaded adventure.

Even after I saved, restarted the game, and even rebooted, I am still unable to share. I'd like to be able to share my new adventures :/

I have been unable to share my new galactic adventures. Then trying to share, it shows the error, " "Adventure Name" was unsuccessfully shared." Also, I've noticed that my Spore page on Spore.com shows that I haven't purchased GA, even though I did.
