i'm lost on that. probably simple answer, but i'm just starting to find my way around here. tx in advance.

you can 'almost' destroy your homeworld. using a mod found here:

it leaves your planet and moon a ball of molten rock and annouces that you've founded a colony on your homeworld. you can't approach the molten orb kinda like a gas giant.

and for the cherry on top: no 'cold hearted' achievement. for sure. honest injun.

how/why do people think of this stuff (fraudulent achievements etc)? :?:

doh. i went to get the quietus star achievement and i realized all planets are left as molten orbs. i hadnt noticed before....

tried a mod. no joker badge. tx for everyones input. :mrgreen:

1.tx. i'm new to this so i don't know the proper 'etiquette' that i see you are hinting around at.....

2. now i remember that there are 'mods' and 'cheats'. and that they are different. but only in the sense that you have to 'load' them differently. mods are kinda technical, cheat are pretty simple. you are 'cheating' either way aren't you?

which brings me to another question. do you get the joker badge and no more achievement penalty by using a mod? or is that another way that they differ?

there is only seven cities that exist to conquer. i have them all. i need ten cities to advance to space. they arte non-existant. there are some trubes...i waited to see if theyd evolve to cities but they dont...

does that cheat give u a joker badge? i think i read you can get the joker badge then dont save and start again and still have the achievement but not ruin your game with the joker badge..

i'm curious because then i will know to conserve the ammo given. tx in advance.

using fireworks next to a grox colony will give you 1 point each time in the using friendly tool' category.

it helped me ally because i forgot to turn my turret off and destroyed one of their ships....and didnt realize until after i saved.

is there another way to get to the center without making friends with the grox?
