Heh, I had this exact same problem a few moons ago. I'm not aware of any fixes that work 100 percent, but I managed to get in control of my downloads again after a reinstall and deleting my Spore folder in my documents. Make sure you have everything uploaded or backed up before you delete anything. Just to be sure, you should look around the internet to find a fix or wait for someone else who has a much better solution to this problem.

If redownloading specific creations is your only problem, you can always just copy the creations .PNG file into your Spore folder under your documents.

Maxis hasn't abadoned us after all. I told you they still love Spore! I told you all!

Do not worry, the servers are not shutting down. This is only an error that is occuring across several EA servers and it will be repaired.

Our friendly neighbor moderator has set up a stickied thread to keep track of everyone with the error.
