Antec 1200 gaming case featuring 3 120mm fans in the front, 1 200mm top fan, 2 120mm rear fans and a side 120mm, running a gigabyte ud5 mobo with the intel i7 975 extreme o/c'd to 4ghz, 6gb of corsair dominator gt ram oc'd to 7-8-7-20 at 2000mhz, quad SLI config 2x geforce gtx295's, soundblaster xfi titanium pro soundcard (currently being annoying) 120gb ocz vertex SSD boot drive, 1.5 TB seagate 7200rpm storage drive. Coolermaster CPU fan, LG bluray disc read/write drive, Veris multimedia LCD station, samsung 23" full 1080 LCD (but i'm using my LED sony bravia 32" as i write this ^^) razer mamba gaming mouse and logitech g19 keyboard. Smacks the hell out of windows experience index at the max 7.9 and the passmark benchmarking software rates her at 36,000+ which puts it in the top 10% of PC's tested using their system :)

Sounds like a kicking setup Unobtainium. Antec 1200's are very cool cases and those Core i7 Extremes have some serious power although I must say, I'll not pay that much for a 'puter part that I replace about once every 15 months.....Passmark isn't a bench that I've run very much as they don't use it in competitive benchmarking over at hwbot.org. I downloaded the latest 64 bit version and and ran the bench and then downloaded a baseline of a guy running a Core i7 975@4000. He got around 2800 and I got around 2500 but I'm not sure what video he was running. In 3DMark Vantage I get around 19350, and in Wprime32m (which is multi-threaded) I get 5.866sec@ at bit over 4300Ghz....

yeah she's a beaut, but i don't replace my processors often, i've had that for 18 months now and i'll have it for another few years at least I reckon, i'm waiting on the new 20+ cores to become industry standard lol! 3D markvantage pushed her at 32,000 last time i used that one, when it compared it to a comp of similar spec though it fell behind so either my oc'ing is useless or i've set something up wrong lol. I might redownload and give it another go, i'll post the resulting link if I get round to it.

I'll give it a go. For reference, I've done some symbolwork for SNS in the past. Hilights sig and the SNS logo are both by me :)
I'll only push forward if that style suits you :)

Delayed i'd be honoured, I don't want any say in the design i'd like to be surprised :) Jeff, if you like you're welcome to give it a go too but I don't want to pit 2 people against each other so you decide yourself if you'd like to :)

And you sir are a shameless flatterer :P I'm under no illusions, the space creators nowadays can utterly destroy me lol. The only advantage I have is my (and I hesitate to use this term) "legend" status which blinds people into thinking anything I create must therefore be good. Not an altogether useless ability i'll give you that but it does detract from my overall satisfaction lol.

People like Dragon, or u hilight, deserve to be creator legends, you've stuck with this game whereas i've given up several times. I don't deserve to be held in such high regard, but I do appreciate it.

SNS Shrike is completed, I'm too tired to put the PNG n that up right now I literally took nearly 3 hours to make that SPORE thing thanks to my soundcard lol.

I was just putting the finishing paint touches on a new space fighter... and my sound card decided it was going to do the old bug of cut sound, slow down computer, freeze computer >.> i hate creative sometimes, back to the inbuilt realtek I go! thought the last driver update solved that god SPORE issue :(

Forgive my utter noobishness regarding Photoshop (I own CS3 but just can't get my head around it sometimes) but in order to request a signature be made I have to supply a source/render. Now i'm assuming this is simply a creation of yours you want in the sig? or am I wrong...

I'm in the market for a new Sig mine is over 2 years old after all, and since i'm coming back I could use a fresh start :)

I'd be interested in what creations have the most comments, but i'm not sure thats quantifiable tbh.

And thats the highest form of compliment I can possibly give considering my status around here lol.
