On The Instructions Booklet It says they don't know about Relationships, I heard about them.

But why it's so important?

They're just "the Big Evil" of the universe. They're in everyone's game. They're cyborgs that attack everyone and only live on T0 planets. That's pretty much it. You CAN ally with them, btw, so th relationship stuff is a bit of a misnomer.
