After a long and deep immersion in the ethical writings of Immanuel Kant and Søren Kierkegaard, I have been inspired to making a philosophy roleplay.
Although it may sound boring at first, the player is put through several disturbing philisophical scenarios that question morality, metaphysics, and religion.
For example, the trolley scenario, the fatman scenario (look-them up) shake the fundamentals maxims of our values.
Other topics would include determinism (Is the future is already set: is sin therefore justified because we can't help it?) and realism (is reality hidden from us, and are our sensory perceptions illusions?)
The players enter a colossal metaphysical complex called T"he Helix", which breaks, twists and bends everything they thought they knew about the universe. And of course, there will be a plot.
Does this sound good? It would be cool if creative minds like Sakky and Eo helped out on this.

And if I say that, there's an issue here.
Yes, Shawie is a great example of how all *cough*notincludingmemindyou*cough* Australians are wackjobs looking for someone to freak out with a twisted sense of humour.
Your definition of twisted depends on how crazy you were to begin with
Would holding that cheese sandwich be worth it? Imagine the smell...

Hmm... A very nice little guide... But I think I have an idea to expand it.
Though it's uncommon that one would rp a character with a physical condition, it's still something that like mental illness, needs some research to preform correctly. Luckily it's not as hard to rp as a mental illness is. Some of the trickier ones are probably things like diabetes, parkensens, scoliosis, and whatnot. Yes I realize I just listed 3 things I am quite familiar with.
I'm also tired that people hear one little thing on TV, and hear about diet, and are like "Oh you're diabetic? Lol you must be a fat b****! I'm skinny! I'll never get diabetes! I don't eat too much!" there is a lot more to diabetes than that. It isn't always caused by poor diet and excersise. There are different kinds of diabetes, and it runs int my family. Diabetes doesn't affect just how you eat and move, it affects nearly EVERYTHING about you! Muscles, thinking, immune system, imbalances, everything. And then, everything around you AFFECTS YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE DIABETIC. I can give you a whole novel on the subject, but I won't for now.
I have scolisosis as well. Luckily my treatment is ending within this year, but it's another thing that people are very STUPID about. It affects what you can and can't do, it affects what size clothing you have to buy, it affects what you can and can't wear, it lasts for years before fixed, it affects you emotionally because you begin to feel depressed because now you can't go on the roller coster with your friends and you are forced to wear baggy clothing all the time, so you can kiss your more fitting clothes good bye. You also can't dance and party, and breathing becomes less as well. And that's only my half of scoliosis. I won't go into the even worse half of it. The one where you need surgery. It's not a small whatever, scoliosis affects how you live.
I do not have parkensens, but I know a friend's mother that does, and I live with a nervous wreck cat that has it. I won't go into huge details like the last 2 paragraphs, but I will say that it's frustrating as hell, and it can be potentially life threatening in ways that you wouldn't think right off the bat.
In conclusion, I merely suggest a guide for not every, but a few physical illnesses and problems. This can open new doors for role playing opportunities. Having some problems myself, I would love to help set up a guide if it would be allowed.
