Since I got to the center of the galaxy, I'm attempting to play God, and...I'm failing rather terribly actually.

I was hoping I could get some "help" with this...

First, I tried terraforming the land off a planet. By using the "____ Sea" terraforming tools, but it seemed that once I left...land popped back up again. That was odd. Does the planet "need" a certain amount of land, or something? It seems odd that the planet would undo my terraforming.

Secondly, the Sentient Zoo.

I want to be able to keep sentient creatures alive on another world. A sort of "zoo" of civilizations that are otherwise wiped out. But they just...make little fires and then die off.

Are there solutions to these issues?

At least my plan of finding my own creations and making them into my space-faring allies is working out just fine.
