Secret Achievements: 9 or 10?

Okay, I'm patched and playing v1.2 of Spore, of course, and I've completed all of the Secret Achievements except for 'Oh The Humanity', 'Pathological Cheater' and 'Bad Baby'.

I know that 'Bad Baby' has now been removed (thank goodness; that was silly, anyway), but I've noticed that my Achievements list still has 3 secret icon spaces left!

Um, so, has 'Bad Baby' been replaced with an all new Secret Achievement or am I going to be stuck with a permanent, blank icon on my Achievements list now?

Permanent blank icon.
Replacing it would invalidate the efforts of those of us who had to endure 7-30 day bans covering all EA-related material just to get it.

Thought so, and... Some idiot has been through every one of my posts, all 150 of them and rated them 1 for the fun of it. Just realised and want to tell someone

Ew, that kind of stinks. I understand what you mean about not wanting your hard work being unvalidated. I just figured that they would have completely removed the achievement for people that had already gotten it, but I do understand that wouldn't be very fair.

Oh well, a blank icon it is then; I just hope that doesn't bother me too much!

Edit: Don't feel bad about the one star rating. lol Someone apparently is doing it on purpose, because I just noticed that my thread here only has one star.

Hey wait... since Mac hasn't been patched is it still available on it? If so I can get a discontinued achievement!!

The achievement involves Maxis/EA I think giving it to you for the ban (dunno)

If so, they have stated that they will discontinue it and if its left with them to give it then they will most likely not give it.

It has been discontinued on all versions for both platforms. Even if you're playing unpatched, you cannot recieve the Bad Baby achievement.

Basicly, the communication that the server gives to the client to say 'Hey, unlock this achievement for the player' for Bad Baby has been cut off, so there's no way to get it.

yeah it kinda ticks me off that i went through that not to get it and then told weeks later they deactivated it
