It was September 17th when you promised us this feature... is this feature really that hard to implement Maxis?

"We are going to add the ability to have multiple Spore Screen Names for any one Spore Online Account. Here’s how this will work: for each copy of Spore that you have purchased, you will be able to have one Spore Online Account, just as it is now. However, we will be adding the ability to have five Spore Screen Names for that account. When you launch Spore, you will be able to log in with any of those Screen Names."

Sounds delicious, Maxis... Tell me this isn't just hot air....

Somewhat is quite an understatement in my opinion.

You know, this multiple accounts issue is pretty much the reason why I started posting on this forum in the first place (never been in a forum before this).

I was extremely pleased when after all that we had done that Maxis responded and said they were going to do something. It would redeem them (if ever so slightly) from the fact that they kind of messed up the concept of Spore and released what we have now (a whole other issue, and one of the reasons I'm staying in these forums).

But to go so long without so much as a word on any progress is hugely disapointing. I don't like negative posts any more than everyone else, but it's so hard not to say something, for fear that if you don't, nothing will get done and you'll be stuck with what you have.

Come on, Maxis/EA! Fix something.

Cmon Maxis.... we're not burning you at the stake (yet). How about giving us a functional patch? Please?

Or just an update? Or a rough estimate of when it'll be implemented?
