You will indeed. I liked vibrava, never had one, though. I never found my trapinch to evolve.

I thought I saw him post something about pokemon don't evolve here so they're born in their state. Page 4, to be exact.

So it's basically Pokemon mystery dungeon, except with people in it. Greaaat...

At least you can evolve in it. Taking evolution away is taking an important aspect away from the Pokemon that they've had since the original game. I'm not complaining about my character, but I would like to say:


What if somebody isn't happy with their Pokemon? In evolution they have a chance at changing their character. Say they get Magicarp, which is the weakest Pokemon in existence, and the other one they hate even more. I know for a fact that they wont like that. Plus, they are one evolution away from a Gyarados, which just about everyone likes. Another example would be Eevee, so many different choices. None of which you can choose. I'm not asking you to allow evolution, Im asking you to see my reasoning here.

Name:RyRy

Pokemon:Arbok

Appearance:Brown Haur with Blue eyes that turn green in the sun. He usually wears sweats, a T-shirt, and a fur cost for when it's cold.(I can have those things, right?) He has a small tan from being outside a lot.

Pokemon Appearance:REALLY dark purple, black stripes(DUH.....) But green eyes with slit pupils. And her(yes it's a girl.) name is Hiah.

Personality:RyRy is a young and intelligent kid that loves to draw and read. He is a nice kid who tries to smile at people as much as possible. He absolutley LOVES science and technology. At only 12 years old he is pretty immature, but at Lear has common sense. He also has a few friends but can't really talk to them out here since they are in the other town he came from.

Bio:Having grown up by water he LOVES to swim. His friends back in Reatraville(I made that up.) seem really distant now. But he sees this as an opportunity to start new. His favorite pokemon is sand shrew, and he caught a couple back home, but decided to keep them there with his parents. That's right, he's all alone here except for his Arbok. Speaking of that, Hiah was hatch just a week before RyRy was. They love each other with all their hearts. And RyRy is teaching Hiah a few tricks too.

Occupation:Training to become a scientist( He's not sure what kind yet.)

I do see what your saying, but there are a few options. I have a feeling it would encourage violence. I don't want that. Another thing is the rolplaying aspect. You will quickly find that watching someone roleplay with a character that is not perfectly how they wanted it causes much more character development and good roleplay.

Ry, a few problems. Your Pokemon has to be the same gender as you. Also, I am a little uncomfotable with a twelve year old kid character moving into the town to live on his own. If you really want a child character, I will work it into my characters background. Other than that, not bad.

Also, you can't catch pokemon. Please re-read the OP.

I can see your point there, about the evolution thing. I have another question though. This RP I meant to be realistic, right? Does that mean Pokemon can learn more than four moves? More than four could allow for combo moves. Another thing is, Pokemon like Alakazam, HO has an IQ of over 1000!!!! ( ) would be able to learn more. It's just food or thought here...

A better question is, would they even have a move system as we know it? Who knows, they might just be pulling out an ability combo from air and utilizing it.

Well, your character and your Pokemon are supposed to know each other perfectly, so I bet your char. would know what your Pokemon knows how to do. I was asking if it's possible to learn more than four moves is all.

What era is this, like 1700's or early 1900's or what, because if it was 1700's-1800's pregnancy could happen at 13 and that could mess up role play.

To catch Pokemon, it is a very sneaky thing without Pokeballs. They usually find you first, or smell you, like 'dis. *sniff sniff*. But, if you cover yourself in mud and set an elaborate boobie trap with rocks and chop sticks and all of these things...But that is the easy way. To get glory you must do hard way. You sneak up on them, and Smack them upside the head and yell," NO! Bad Pokemon!" 'Den Dey will shock/burn/freeze/overshadow/eat/run over/scratch/bite you. 'Den you must fight back, with AK-47! HEYA!!!!!!!!!

I thought of another thing about evolution. If Pichu evolves with friendship, are we such good friends that it can't comprehend the friendship levels? :3

Let's not overload him/her with questions. Give him/her a little slack.


I say we vote on whether or not we should be allowed to evolve our Pokemon. Let the people decide (Encouraging violence? Blasfamy! It's Pokemon, you don't need to have them fight to evolve, plus that's the biggest thing they ever do in the games and anime. I say: Why not?)


@RileySoto-You had to bring pregnancy in didn't you? Anyway, I think takes place at the same time the anime was going on. Except it's a parallel universe.
