Did anyone find one yet? I'd be curious to see what they look like.

I really hope it won't have purple spice when I find one.

Because i'm gonna bust them all. What's next, cubic stars?

Are there really cubed planets?

I don't see why none of the "Spore is Anti-Science!" zealots have complained about them, since these things do not form naturally in our universe. The response I've seen so far has been unanimously positive, save for one guy who said they were a waste of time.

I guess if you have a real hang-up, you could imagine they're the result of an intense war that blew off most of the planet's crust, or deliberately sculpted that way by a race of fanatic Pythagoreans.

It is a ridiculous addition in my opinion. I'm all for variety and I know this isn't science Spore but they now seem to be just throwing universal laws out of the window.

I donno. I mean, sure, it's not either bit scientific at all, but still, if they were pointful, it would at least be interesting. But given that they are space only, and you can't actually play on them... Maybe in the future.

I'm still holding out for ringworlds and dyson spheres

yes I know the ringworld is unstable and Dyson never proposed a sphere but a swarm of satelites and in fact thought a solid sphere was impossible blah blah blah

Also I haven't found a cube yet. I installed the patch and went to wipe out one of the last two clusters of grox worlds and didn't find one in like 50 systems.

My thoughts exactly. This seems a bit on the random/ridiculous side. But at least it gives hope that more new features will be added in free patches, even if it's still a dim hope.
