Imagine if there was a remake of spore specifically made for the Nintendo Switch. This might be the game that would save spore. The switch is the only console where creature creation could be done well, due to the touch screen.
and EA said they were on board with the switch.

Yes the ps4 and xbox are more powerful but the switch has a touchscreen. and it can run zelda breath of the wild which is a big game. A spore remake could work.
It wouldn't be a port. It would be a remake with the same concept as the original, but adapted for the switch.

I really want this to happen.

Edit, here's a picture for reference.

There is less than a 1% chance that this will happen.

The nintendo switch does not suck. It's actually a great console. I own one.
It has a LOT of potential.
I agree that nintendo used to suck. But they seem to be getting way better these days. this isn't 2012 anymore.
Splatoon was a pretty good game for the wii u. (probably the only good one) but the sequel is coming to the switch and it looks even better. (Edit, splatoon 2 is out and it is awesome)
Arms is a decent fighting game for the switch.
A spore title would be a good move by EA if they were to somehow stop being stupid. I'm sure nintendo would approve of it in a hearbeat.

A decent 3d spore game on the go? count me in.

(edit I do NOT want a spore hero remaster)

I rely rather heavily on my keyboard when editing things. How would that work?

But in all seriousness. it would probably be handled by selecting an individual part and opening up a mini slider window.
Camera control would be done with the sticks and part placement would be done via the touchscreen. (the editors would not function in docked mode but the regular gameplay would) Part size and orientation adjustment would be done by touching the part and opening a mini window of sliders for the part.

It wouldn't be absolutely identical to spore but it wouldn't be spore hero either.

I still think a spore game on the Nintendo switch would be a good idea.

No, your opinion and point of view is incorrect.

Spore is and should always be a PC game.

Now I'm on board with Spore for Nintendo Switch.

Although unless it's put out via Micro$haft, it's bye bye to the entire Sporepedia...
