I have Spore Version 3.0 Mac installed, if I install anew from disc it is Spore Version 1.0 Mac. I have the only patch I could find, the one available on the website for v5.1 and when I tried to run it to update my installed version (3) it said can't update reinstall the game, so I did, but it can't update the v1 either. The game doesn't work on my computer at all anymore, so I need this update to even play. What exactly am I supposed to do? I only have 1 expansion, the creepy&cute parts pack which was installed on the original (v3) and when installed on the new install of spore (v1) it brings it to Spore Version 2.0 Mac. I'm then able to run the v2 Spore and it automatically has the window to update and when I do it updates it to Spore Version 3.0 Mac and then it crashes on launch too.
