Cheats?

how do you open the cheat menu?
I press ctrl shift and C
in that order, and hold all of em

I think it's shift control c? Maybe, doees it matter? I don't know! and don't do it in the Sporepedia or the main menu works in the editor or the actual game

that is mostly correct. ctrl+shift+c brings up the cheats menu. It works on the main menu, the game, and in the editors, but not in the Sporepedia. Once the consol is up, type in help and push enter to display most of the different cheats you can use. To use a cheat type it into the console and push enter. To learn more about how to use a specific cheat, type into the console "help [insert cheat here.]" Using cheats during the middle of a game may disable achievements however. he Console Window is brought up by pressing ctrl shift and C all at the same time.
Type help will also bring up a list of all the commands, help -full will give you a more detailed description of the commands.

One thing I haven't figured out yet though is how to get every single mouth part.

I do that, it just wont open, no matter what, i know all the cheats, but the console wont open.

Where in the game have you tried to open the cheat console?

You can only open it in the editors.

Main menu for evoadvantage, and psherman not only editors.

Maybe there is a dif hotkey on my PC windows 7...

The cheat console can be accesed servel of places in the game, but not everywhere,
I can't remember where cuz i don't use it my self..
I'm also running win 7 and i have no problem,..

I don.t know if it might make any change, but Are you using the left ctrl/shift?
I can't test it myself cuz i ain't at Home..

And be sure you are pressing cntl-shift and then C and holding it all down. I know... but some people DO press keys in other orders or not all together (if you only have one hand, that stuff is problematic), so it's worth saying, even though

what do you mean by "This" Are you saying it can only be accesed in the editor?

Yes or on the galaxy screen for some commands. And some in-game. I guess I was thinking I was trying to say they were situational.

I think you can bring it up there to set resolution and some other activities. There are also some that are possible in game, but I've used them so rarely and so long ago I can't say which ones... I just never needed them except for setting the resolution, which I believe is obsolete now anyway.

Tomorrow I'l. go in there and test, but I should be asleep now and an not any sharper than your average zombie right now. Sorry.

In Game Filters
Filters can add a unique look and feel to your screenshots, movies, and general gameplay. Here are some cheats to help you experiment with a couple we added to Spore!

Oil paint
To see the world as a painted masterpiece, bring up the cheat console by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C while you’re in the game. Enter the cheat "styleFilter -oilPaint" to activate the oil paint filter.

Film Noir
To enter a high contrast scene of black and white, use the cheat console and enter "styleFilter -filmNoir". The world will have a gritty monochromatic effect.

No Filter
To return the game to normal, enter the cheat "stylefilter -none".

I'm looking for others who have the same problem, but my guess is if you are doing everything correctly and the console window doesn't appear, you should regen your package files and if that doesn't work, reintstall.

DO look at the top stickied thread in this section. It has instructions for both that keep your work and games safe.
