I bought the game a long time ago and I was happy with it. In the future, I got a new laptop but I lost the Spore disk + product manual. I found a Torrent for it and I downloaded it plus used the serial key it gave me. It worked and I logged back on with my old account. After that I patched it to 1.51 and when I try to get on it tells me to use my registry key. I used the registry key that the Torrent gave me but it just keeps telling me to re-enter it. Help?

I am seeming to have a similar problem. I bought the game in 2008, and have lost the disc+manual due to moving houses. I would still love to play the game, but can't download it.

i seem to have the same problem. i can easily play it but when i go to log in, it says "Login Failed You do not have the proper Spore.com privileges to use this product's online features" any advice?

this is true that this is my first post due to the fact that i am just coming back to spore after i had wiped my computer. this is the fact that my cd key no longer works. it accepts my key straight from the back of the manual but it wont let me log in. do you have any advice on what to do?

Guys, if you torrented the game, we can't help you. Even if you already bought it, you shouldn't be torrenting it. If it is linked to your account already legitimately and you have neither the disc nor the manual with the key on it, you need to contact EA's support people and ask for them to get the key for you (if they are doing things properly, I'm sure they will; if not, you may have to pay $10 for a new key) and then use it to register for a digital version of the game with Origin.

unlike them, i did not torrent it. i just replied to this due to the name that the register key doesnt work. i have all three game disks and their CD keys. i do not currently have the creature creater at my home but both spore and Galactic Adventures are with me and so are the manuals. is their any way you can help me?

What happens when you attempt to log in?

it starts to load then a screen shows this
"Login Failed. You do not have the proper Spore.com privileges to use this product's online features"

You'll have to contact EA then. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about that error.
