So, the game all happened on the Spore universe. Is there such thing as the Spore universe? If there is some kind of thing in the future that teleports us to another universe.

If there are infinite universes, then, yes it does exist. Anything is possible if you have an infinite number of worlds to work with.

Actually, the Galaxy that Spore is based out of is supposedly the Milky Way, so in a sense yes, but no, there's no Grox, there's no Planet Buster, and there's no Wormhole Key. So yeah, it doesn't exist. To be honest, I can't tell if you're clueless or just trolling.
