Name: Ekko
Creature: Syratope
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Appearance: Silvery purple fur with grey rings around the stub of her tail, wrist, and ankles. Has amber eyes and is missing about an inch off her tail, resulting in a scarred stub at the end of it. Wears wolf hide vest and (when it's cold) jacket. Normally wears baggy brown pants of the same material with a vine belt that holds a sharp silver dagger. On occasion she wears her scruffy hat of raccoon(type animal) hide and carries a silk satchell with grass strap.
Personality: Ekko, having seen the war's effect with her own eyes, is quite harsh and sceptical of any other thing, although secretly she just wants someone to trust. Memories of her losses haunt her night by night, leaving her unfocused and weary at times. She is an excellent hunter and has lived alone in a hidden cave since she was 11, therefore used to the forest around her and accustomed to surviving on her own. Her only friend is a young Niychii* that lives in a pond near her cave. She is easily hurt (emotionally) although she doesn't show it, but will do anything to keep those important to her safe.

*Niychii: A small water creature that lives in ponds and swamps. Has a serpent-like body with a cute, innocent looking face. Usually blue, green, or teal, they have no arms or legs but can move around (quite limitedly) on land by taking long flip-floppy jumps. They are friendly, but if necessary have a venamous bite that will make you dizzy for about an hour.

This is certaily a very well written RP, but I don't think i'll be joining. I don't like non-human RPs that force you into a certain species.

This post is a bit pointless but I didn't want to be one of those people who let a planning thread die, not even posting a single feedback (I'm talking to you, people who have seen my rp threads!)

I see. Well, I really appreciate you commenting at least! Don't forget, you can create your own species if you like, but I'm afraid it's true there are no humans in this RP. I'm not the best at, er, writing about humans. Maybe eventually I'll make a human RP. Anyways, thanks for at least giving me some feedback!

Did I not mention you can be your own creature? You just have to work out the details of what it is, and how it fits into the story.

Kinda sad though. I really wanted to play as Electro, who technically, is not a dragon... but I think in this scenario that he would be counted as one. RATS.

Name: Safyre (there's a history behind this name that I will not divulge now.)
(pronounced Sapphire)
Creature: Fraethre
Gender: Female
Age: Unknown
Appearance: Fraethre are serpentlike creatures that dwell mostly in swamps. They have four legs, and a long tail that usually ends in a fin of some sort. Each of their legs end it four-toed feet with wickedly sharp claws. They have roundish heads with two small horns near their small frilly ears, and sharp teeth, rather like needles. They are entirely black, except for when they are expressing certain emotions. When an emotion arises, colored stripes alight all down their backs. These creatures are exceedingly rare, and very intelligent. Some sub-species have even evolved wings, (Fraeda) but Safyre is a standard Fraethre and has not. She has deep cyan eyes, that will change to green when she is upset or angry.
Personality: Safyre is a loner. She survives by herself, and doesn't enjoy working with others unless she feels she's going to get something out of it. She is not quick to anger, but once angered it would be best to get out of her way. Being larger than the average Syratope by a about five feet, she will sometimes raid their villages if she is hungery enough. Now with most of the villages destroyed, she's looking for any source of food. It is known amongst the Syratope that no Fraethre will attack anyone if they have befriended a Niychii. No one is sure why this is... It may be that Niychii are distant relatives of the Fraethre, but no one has thought to ask the Fraethre directly.
Safyre does not speak unless she feels that something needs to be said. She has a sarcastic sense of humor as well, and does not shy away from combat because most creatures of the forest fear her.

UPDATED:

Safyre lives in a giant tree somewhere in the middle of the swamp she was born in. She spends a lot of time lying out on the smooth branches bathing in the sunlight. She is mostly nocturnal, but can go without sleep for two weeks. The tree is one of the few giant trees on the planet, and its Syratope name tranlates to "Sky-Whisper" in English. To a Freathre, attacking or damaging anything or anyone while it has taken shelter in a sky-whisper tree is punishable by death, and Nature itself will carry out the sentence.

I hope I haven't violated any rules... o_o

Your character sheet is excellent. I love the thing about the Niychii! xD So, this is great, I finally have ONE participant. I think we'll need about four or five to start, but who knows, I am pretty desperate. xP
So Sar, (to anyone wondering, Saerei is what I call Maylay, it's from other games we play together) your character is great. The only thing is to think about where she lives and when she'll come into the story, but knowing you, you probably have something up your sleeve. I'll talk to you in PM, but you can post anything to do with the RP here.

Fitz, I'm ashamed of you. How could you think I wouldn't be interested in this? With a bit more flare this could be right up there with the famous RPs of long time forumers! Already got a sub-plot going in my head. I'm going to have a couple of side characters of course, but mostly just this main one;

Personality: His age has wizened him and tried to force him to see the world as a dark and sinister place, but he is still fun loving and friendly. He is very attached to his crew and close friends, as most of the people he knows will eventually grow old around him and die, but they will stay by his side forever.

Other: The Omnipotent is the name for the ruler of the Chanterol Empire. The Chanterol Empire is powerful, but not quite powerful to get into the Galactic Alliance. He and His crew are constantly cloned and their consciousnesses transferred into young and healthy versions of themselves whenever needed, hence his extreme age.

He and his crew come from a different galaxy.
