First of all GA is a lot of fun, thanks Maxis.
Improvements/tweaks-

Edit the goals in each act individually, so you can change goal 1 without the need to re-do goals 2 and 3

Handheld objects do nothing (apart from acting a tokens for NPC's)Spear throwing animations and hand to hand sword attacks would be excellent.(Doesn't the tribal stage already have these procedures?)

More flexible editing of vehicles within the adventure editor; Placement,Behavior,Sound Effects,Weapon Effects.
It's a bit odd using siege catapults that sound like squad-cars and fire ICBM's.

For object editing- Enable the rotation of primitives without the 'workaround' of using rotating connectors.

I doubt that this is still being looked at it by Maxis, but oh well. I understand that a lot of these are far-fetched. They're mostly just my wishful thinking. Some them (asteriks) I would really like to see.)


-Tribal Stage-

1. Unlockables tree with unlockables points (sort of like that in Sims 2 Open for Business and Sims 2 Freetime, but way more complicated!)
Unockables include:
-More tribe members
-Upgraded tribe members
-Food Storage (Extra 5 food for every 20 collected)
-More tools/weapons/instruments
-Training tribe members to specialize in certain fields
-Ability to set up a 2nd village
-Stealthy stealing
-Ambushing
-Epic taming
-Ability to summon aliens to give you food.
-Ability to summon aliens to help attack/befriend another tribe
-Ability to summon aliens to abduct another tribe's members.
-(Very top of the tree) Ability to ask aliens to "enlighten" you (skip to space stage)
-Using "magic" on other tribes like disease, weakness, hypnosis, natural disaster, increased friendliness, etc.
-Using "magic" on your own tribe members to make them stronger, less hungry, faster, etc.
-Boats

2. Complex Tribal Stage Mode Opton
Extended tribal stage to compensate for unlockables.


-Civilization Stage-

*1. Live Online Buddy (and Lobby) Play
Much like how you can play Galactic Adventures without having to actually go into the space stage game, you should be able to click on a fourth option in the Main Menu to go into a seperate mode where you play civilization stage against Buddies. You could keep out the creators, forcing players to pick already made vehicles, creatures, and buildings in this mode, or you could throw in a test mode for vehicles and creatures where they fight other vehicles/creatures or beat up dummies to keep players entertained while waiting for the their opponents to finish their creations. A similar thing could be done with the buildings, but with a demolition mini-game or something. The game would not carry on into the Space Stage. I guess the same thing could be done with tribal stage.

3. Multiple vehicles
Players should be allowed three-five different types of each vehicle. How many they have of each would be up to them, but there would be a max total. i.e. A player could have three different religious land vehicles so that they could have one that was fast, one that was powerful, and one that had a lot of health. Each would be a seperate creation.

4. Vehicle Abilities/Multiple Attacks
Abilities like stealth and multiple attacks would be great.

5. Infantry/Merchants/Missionaries
On foot creatures with their own editors, a cross between the vehicle and outfit editors. They could ride in land, sea, and air troop transports.

6. Crime, taxes, and other in-city factors.
You get the picture

7. More Superweapons
Carpet bombing, toxic gas, other millitary-based weapons, as well as religious and economic.

8. Defense Turret Editor

*9. Special missions
Players would be allowed to send vehicles and on-foot creatures on special missions into like causing a (non-religious) uprising, leader capture, turret sabatoge, raiding, religious leader conversion, economic missions, treasure hunts, etc.

*10. Galactic Adventures Cross-Expansion
If players own this civilization stage Expansion Pack (assuming that everything I said above became part of such a pack) and GA, then they could take individual control of on-foot creatures on special missions or plain city assault. For in-city, there could security guards fighting intruders, whatever is needed.

-Space Stage-

1. Fleets
Not just a few allied ships, but a full-fledged space fleet of ships made by your race. Sure, you probably couldn't have them follow you EVERYWHERE, just into massive battles or something like that, but all the same.

2. Water Colonies and Sky Colonies (GAS GIANT COLONIZATION)
Water colonies for water-filled planets and sky colonies for gas giants

3. A Galactic Code Pass
Some hidden item that you have to unlock (like the Staff of Life) that allows you to break the galactic code without anyone caring. Of course, it would have to be extremely hard to earn.



-Galactic Adventures-

*1. FIX THE GLITCHES
List of glitches I would like fixed.
-Copying creatures glitch that makes all creatures that are copied with ALT in the adventure irresponsive.
-Getting stuck in walls and floors. I've had to give up on SO many adventures because of this.
-Creatures that respawn in one act and are supposed to be hidden in the next don't go away.

*2. Making your captain faster!
I hate the fact that one of my captains is super slow. I've gotten him sprint, but it barely helped. I would like a new branch of items that includes something that brings up the speed of your captain to a speed faster than any in the game currently, like a speed 6 (mostly so it would be worthwhile for captains who already have a good speed.) The branch could be created for the Knight archetype. It could have base creature upgrades in things like speed, overall attack/social power, ability/attack recovery time, and attack range. The alternative to all of this is letting the player some how "genetically alter" their captains.

3. This is a little dream ridden, but beaming down on non-adventure planets (space stage) that are in war so that you can join the fight in a different way.

Some ideas

My ideas:
Weapons designs: You could make unique desings for your weapons in tribal stage, maybie in the Civ stage too, in a new creator: You choose the weapon an then paint it, or re-model it! Like, make a longer spear, or bigger, smaller...

Clothes stores: Well, in the Civ stage this should be added, couse the people can't wear the same clothes. You could make your own when you click in the bulding and choose one kind of "Clothes Manager", or use the already-made-models, so the people in your city would go there and would buy them, but it wouldn't cost any money to you, of course, they would pay with the money that they would, in theory, earn in the Factories. (I don't know if anything like this was already added to GA).

Schools (or any kind of research thing): Well, this would be like houses: They don't increase the happiness and dont decrease it. To build it, it should be next to the houses and far from the Factories, because next to the houses to make the people go there, and far from the Factories to people don't hear, in theory, the noises. These buldings would help to make the new inventions, like planes.

Food Stores: You could make a new building, a farm, to sell food to the people. It would be like a rural zone. So, the food which is produced there is sent to the Factories, and there to the Food Stores, like Supermarkets or something, couse it's weird that the people don't eat anything. This "food-system" would only be added in the Hard Settings or if you want to add it, so isn't necessary.

I play Spore. Now I have GA!!!YEAHH!!!!

1:a grinding system I would love to see my captien grinding on a rail

2:on adventure creator when selecting agressive veicule
geting to chose the projectile
and for the air and spacecrafit geting to chose the color of the lazer some thing like fireloks idea

3:have some use with the spore point like
useing them as money

4:last but not least geting to ride the veicule,i mean rideing inside

I had a few ideas aswell

first, i want to be able to choose how my creature animates, and the sounds it makes.

second, we need more buildings and structures, with more roles, including space stations, military bases (increase defense/offense forces of that colony or station) markets (conducting the buy/sell options and providing more wealth), farms, which provide food, allowing a colony to sustain itself and adding a source of revenue, and changing factories to producing goods, not just money or spice.
-factories could be set to produce a certain types of goods, IE: agricultural, trade goods, spice, raw materials (for vehicle and building construction), and vehicles, as shipyards for your navy, the planet's trade fleet, or privateers and any other buyers.

third, we should be able to establish laws, choosing from hundreds and many ways each is handled, which should be a big factor in our relations with other civilizations, and directly ahead of your history with that civilization.

Sometimes I wonder if anyone at maxis ever reads these threads, and if our ideas are ever even considered. If they'd actually do some of these instead of making expansions that are more or less ignorant of them, they'd probably make a lot of money very quickly.

Maxis has given us Wildlife Sanctuary to help up-grade and build worlds.

Can we have a Arboretum where we can collect and save desirable plants?

Seems to me that the Wildlife Sanctuary template would be a good model
only allow for small localized clumps of vegetation.

Course the Tree/Plant Editor would be nice also. Maybe make it useable only
on a Arboretum Planet?

linking two adventures with a custom cutscene and Actual precision controls for the creatures in adventures.
Also, tags must mean somthing.
Example
Adding boss in the tags for an adventure would have a cutscene play, and then the adventure would play

also, we need HARNESSES for creatures

We should be able to command fleets of spaceships like we command in civ. it would be like this, if youve played Age of Empires, you get to make troops and command them to go where ever. But you could also choose to go in your spaceship (maybe a button on the side of screen) whenever you want. When your in your spaceship, you could call one of your fleets (they would be Com. controlled while in ship) to help you in one of your battles.

Become one of your tribe members and be able to socialise and attack, eat, defend, build, raid, steal, everything that your tribe members do.

Controll vehicles in civ, get in vehicles in GA (get hurt/ lose 50 life if the vehicle blows up)

What some people say of an underwater stage sounds good too, underwater cities...

A thing that is stronger than Grox, and get new weapons upgrades, less bio. disasters (i mean, bio disasters dont happen every 20 minutes in real life), spaceports (buy weapons/other stuff for less price, but when you go there, good chance of pirates attacking you) Bit more action when at war with other empires, like sometimes they might beam into your city so you have to beam down and protect it (with milita), different kinds of spaceships, Battleships, Fighters, Bombers, ect.

Creature stage: have the stuff in there isnt real life! no wandering herds, no preditors attack your nest, (well exept for epics) and then we come to nests. Not every creature lives in nests, so maybe you could have the things in pile of sticks or rock like structures. and sometimes creatures have to change their diets, so maybe we could also get the other mouths.

Advanced vehicle options!!!!!!

Their is one thing that would make me happy if it was the only new thing : I would be great if our allies could stop fighting each other once they are both allies of our empire, it's soooo tiring to protect one planet from our allies, because it makes us lose precious time and it deteriorates our relations with the attacking empire or if we don't di anything, with the attacked empire and one other thing would be good : bigger timespans between biodisasters.
I think all of that should be possible with the current base code of Spore.

Couple things I would like to see in the Spore Galactic Adventures.

During the creation I've had a good deal of ideas die becuase I could not have an Epic creature pick up an NPC creature or even the player creature.

I'd like to be able to set an Epic to allow it to pick up smaller creatures and even the player. And also would like it to be able to eat said creatures.

The second would also be about eating. I'd like to see items that NPCs or the player would be animated to actually pick up and eat or drink.

1. okay first we need new stages!!!! like medieval or colonial stage it goes from tribal to civalazation stage to quickly! Dont you guys agree!!!



2. I want to be able to actually walk around in civ stage and maybe have like a thing where you level up in the political branches like mayor then president then king


3.We really need new weapons items and other content inn or galaxy!


4. There needs to be new weapons in galactic adventures! maybe things your captain can actually hold in his or her hand! )
