What would make me happy is that you could customise the homeworld of your new game before you play it for the first time.

E.g, could work like the adventure editor's terraforming tool.

This is good, but if you messed up your world, bad for you
They would have to make a limit on the weather tools, however, or else people would live on balls of lava, be underwater, have no atmosphere, or other inconvieniences. Roads would not be usable as well, except for dirt roads,maybe.

I'm not going to request any new features, just the fixing of some major glitches.

For Galactic Adventures, I think that the collisions with objects could use some touching up. That means no more getting stuck in buildings, and when you ride on a vehicle, you're actually riding on it, and not seemingly floating over it.

I like dogs and spore.

I want these things:

1. Herbivore and Omnivore reptile and insect heads/mouths.

2. Glitches like Spore messing up after patches being installed fixed.

3. Fake "heads/mouths". They'd add a new stat that will determine how often will other creatures will fall for the fake head and try to eat it. It'd work without Spore Creepy and Cute, but if you have Spore Creepy and Cute, it'll make the fake versions of the Spore Creepy and Cute mouths. There would be fake heads for all real mouths/heads.

4. Flora editor.

5. An editor where you could make your own galaxy or start out in the normal galaxy.

6. Able to travel to other galaxies or even start out in them.

7. Aquatic stage.

8. Gas giants can have more than 1 moon, but can only have 4 spherical moons and the rest are captured asteroids.

9. Rocky planets can have 3 moons.

10. Stars that have red ring thingy around them at the start menu can be made into a custom planet you can start out on.

11. Space stations.

A more vast space stage would be nice... I want to see things like pulsar stars, planets with multiple moons/dwarf moons, nebulae, supernovas, white holes, neutron stars, dwarf stars, red super-giants, etc.

My most recent and one of my best ideas for SPORE!!!

Hi my name is coolksurf/gavin777/malcore777/gavin/ginger any of the names you wish to call me. I am an idealist for videogames, stories, comics, and so on. I am also an artist for different subjects, please read my ideas and promote them. I will be submiting artwork for my ideas soon, so look out for that.


Ok, my most recent idea is either some ways to help previous game and expansion pack and to be used in next expansion pack, or a parts pack (it a way). I will be describing it as a parts pack called:

MAGIC AND MACHINERY

This Parts pack consists of many things that will help both SPORE and GALACTIC ADVENTURES, and maybe future expansion packs if MAXIS finds it fit. This parts pack is MUCH larger than CREEPY AND CUTE, it includes new pieces in creature creator and captain outfitter. As well as some new ways to expand your adventure making capabilities. Including adding a new vehicle creator which will be explained in the outline notes section.:

Outline Notes on Parts Pack MAGIC AND MACHINERY


New Creature Creator Parts: -the creature creator is going to feature mostly "Magic" or natural parts.
*New Parts for creatures
1:New abilities on parts that will be used
-A:Attacks
--> Fire Breath- a short ranged fire mist that hits any enemy in its path. Considering it is a magic attack, it does more damage than normal natural attacks, as will all magic attacks from this parts pack.
-->Dive- Dives from the air(or water if you are swimming in water) doing a high damage attack on target. (if not in mid air already, you will do a short jump before diving at enemy)
-->Ground stomp- much like charge, but does a short ranged AOE stun. (uses ground stomp animation)
-->Confusion- Causes target to attack anything withing a short range of sight, including itself, for a short period of time.
-B:Social
-->Fireworks- shoots fire works from your mouth into the air. All magic parts impress your soon to be ally even more than normal parts
-->Flower dance- Dance throwing flowers around.(more impressive to herbivores)
-->Howl- howls (more impressive to carnivores)
-->Waterworks- shoots streams of water into the air.
-C:Ability
-->Dig-allows you to burrow underground. Dig travel is slow
-->Climb- climb up cliffs/trees/ and buildings
-->Swim- allows you to swim underwater in a whole new underwater world.(this expansion will come with a patch that will let you swim on top of the water in creature stage like in GA)
-->Fly-allows you to fly without having to press spacebar to flap your wings. It also allows you to increase and decrease in altitude easily at will. The only thing limiting your flying is a timer, which increases in level. (flying will feel much like using a flying mount in WoW)
2: Parts for creatures that will use abilities previously described (just describes how it will be used by the part, not what the part looks like or what the part is)
-A: Mouths
-->Carnivore Mouths- bite 1-4, fire breath 2-5, howl 1
-->Omnivore Mouths- bite 1-2, Howl 2-5, sing 1-2
-->herbivore mouths- bite 1, fireworks 1-4, waterworks 2-5
-B: Hands
-->Carnivore Hands- Grasp, Fly, Dive 1-4
-->Omnivore Hands- Grasp, Climb, Strike 2-5
-->Herbivore Hands- Grasp, dig, Flower Dance 1-4
-C: Feet
-->Carnivore Feet- Ground Stomp 2-5, speed 2-5, swim
-->Omnivore Feet- Speed 1-4, dance 2-5, climb, Grasp
-->Herbivore Feet- Speed 1-4, Dance 2-5, dig
-D: Weapons- weapons only have a set of pieces for each new attack levels 2-5
-E: Details- Details have a set of pieces for every new social ability levels 2-5 and new wings for the fly ability and fins for thee swim ability
* New Paints including a new "place picture" paint to place a picture from your hard drive onto the creature (the place picture function is very iffy, so it is not a major suggestion)
*: New Mouse Wheel Tools
1: Bump Tool
--> Bump tool allows you to point anywhere on the creature and start making a bump increase in size off of the place you point at (can be used to make better detail muscle structure and facial featurs without eating up detail limit)
2: Hair Tool
--> a tool that makes "spiky hair chunk like structures" coming from your creature where ever you point, which are part of the creatures body (good for making completely hair covered creatures that are very furry and you want the base texture and color to be their fur)

New Captain Editor Parts, Paints, and so on: The captain editor will include more of the machinery parts and some magic parts.
*New Parts and New functions with parts
1: New Weapon Parts
-A: Arms
-->Hero's Blade- a Sword that is not symmetrical and is a "Sheathed Weapon" which means it is placed on your creature anywhere, but when used in combat, the weapon is moved to hands and held in hands for combat. can do a 1-3 hit combo depending on level. If you add two swords to the character then he will use them both in combat and does 3-9 hit combos depending on level.
-->Many Gun- a gun that is not symmetrical and is a Sheathed Weapon. at level one it does a 3 round bust from each gun you hold, and you can have up to two guns in your hands from adding more of the weapon to your creature. At level two it shoots a constant machine gun style fire for as long as you hold down the key or button, and with each time another of the piece is added to the creature it adds another barrel to the gun which causes more damage and faster shooting.
-->Shocking Rod- A weapon accessory that at level one shoots a bold of lightning that you hold down on key or button to charge up to make attack stronger. At level two there will be lightning bolts shooting in 8 directions, also the longer you hold down the key or button, the more it charges and becomes more powerful. The more pieces of this you put on the creature will only increase visual affects because when charging there is electricity moving between all of the rods.
-->End Bringer- a weapon that calls meteorites to the planet to damage all in its path. At level one it calls a rain of smaller meteorites, while at level two it calls a massive comet.
-B:Magic
--> Soul Eye- a piece that sends a gust of wind at the enemy that will do a slight amount of damage and has a chance of knocking them down.
--> War Totem- a piece that when used causes rage to fill your creature, increasing his attack and defense
--> Eternal Torch- a piece that sends out an AOE fire wave that damages enemies and does burn DOT
--> Divine Trinity- a piece that allows you to make 2 copies of yourself that will help you out with fighting and socialization.
2: New Regeneration Parts
-A:Healing- there are two new kinds of healing parts, the kind that allows you to cast a spell that heals your allies which is level one and two depending on piece. Then the other part is one that allows you to steal a chunk of health from your enemy, also leveling 1-2 depending on piece
-B:Energizer- There are two new kinds of energy restoration parts that are levels 1-2 depending on what piece you use. The first is a spell that allows you to increase the energy you or an ally has. The other is one where you drain energy chunks from an enemy
3: New Social Parts
-A:Socialization- the first row of new social parts are using the same basic socialization abilities as previous social parts (sing, dance, charm, pose)
-B:Helper- Helper parts are new social typed parts that arent made for impressing people, but made for helping others, these include
-->Saddle- allows other creatures to ride where ever you put the saddle (adds mountable creatures to game). If you have saddle on you, you can pick up other creatures and put them on saddle, if you see a creature with a saddle on them, you can mount them.
-->Camper- Puts up camp (tents and a fire place) to perform all buffs on player or allied units close by.
-->Wrench- allows you to fix broken vehicles and buildings Rubble.**(see upgrades to adventures)
-->Hammer- Allows you to build vehicles and buildings. **(see upgrades to adventures)
4: New "other" parts
-A:Ability
-->Rocket Racer- allows your creature to do a jet dash instead of a jet jump
-->Breathing Machine- allows you to swim underwater if you do not have the swim ability
-->Disguise- Allows you to disguise yourself as what you have selected/targeted.(good for sneaking missions, if you disguise yourself as an enemy guard, enemy guards will think you are one of them, or you can disguise yourself as a rock or bush, making everyone not even know your presence) If damaged while disguised, you will be turned back to normal. (all disguises will turn out the same size as your captain)
-->Telekinesis Generator- allows you to move any creature, vehicle, or holdable object with your mind.
-B:Armor
-->Antibody Plate- Makes poison damage not affective against you
-->Magma Heater- Makes ice damage, and freeze not affective against you
-->Chilling Cooler- Makes fire damage and lava not affective against you
-->Discharger- Makes electricity damage and stun caused by electric attacks not affective against you
*New Paints- more paints for captain style and mechanic paints.
*New Mouse Wheel tools
1: Cloth Tool- scroll cloth around the area (the more you scroll the larger and more baggy the cloth gets). Hold Ctrl+C and click anywhere on creature and drag anywhere on screen to create a strip of cloth coming from creature. Cloth takes the Coat color.
2: Glass Tool- Scroll on glass plating where you have mouse. Glass takes detail color.
*New Mechanic Limbs- New limbs that are only in captain editor that are mechanic/robotic. They can either be placed as a new limb or placed over an old limb to replace it.
*New Mechanic detail only/non functional parts- detail only parts that only add sight, grasp, or speed to your creature, and these pieces are robotic eyes, hands, and feet.

New MECH Vehicle Editor:
- The Mech vehicle editor is a new vehicle editor for a vehicle that can be used in space, air, land, and sea. There are all spaceship editor parts, land vehicle editor parts, sea vehicle editor parts, and air vehicle editor parts as well as new Mech editor parts. Also, you place "Nodes of Function" these will tell the editor where weapons are(and weapon type), where the head is, where the body is, where joints are, where hands and feet are, and where other pieces are. (I REALLY hope this editor can be in SPORE some day)

How To Make Adventures Better:
this is a list of ideas and functions to make adventures better.
*FIRST AND MOST OF ALL FIX ALL OF THE GLITCHES WITH BUILDINGS: everyone who has played GA has experienced playing on a floor that is made using the building editor, and then the floor glitches either by getting you stuck, your feet sinking in, and (the most common) causing NPCs to not understand what to do.
*Strategy Setting- a new setting when making adventures that will control if you are either playing 3rd person view as your captain OR playing from birds eye view as a strategic controller moving all units around and your captain unit is the leader you can not allow to die or you will lose (like starcraft, warcraft, age of mythology, age of empires, civ stage in spore, tribal stage in spore, and others of the category)
*More game pieces- an example of what I mean by an game piece is the teleporter pad, grenade, and jump pad. SOME ideas I wanted, which I do want there to be a bit more than what I say but if you cant figure anything out that is fine:
1:Laser Sword- a weapon piece that you can pick up and use to strike things instead of throwing when you click on things.
2:Laser Gun- a weapon piece that you can pick up and shoot things instead of thowing the piece when you click on things
3:Invisibility cloak- run through a piece that makes you invisible for a short amount of time.
4:Scuba Tank- allows you to go underwater, if you do not have swim or Breathing Machine, when picked up
5:Fairy Dust- Allows you to fly around for a certain amount of time without having the fly ability
6:Scout Droid- Allows you to take over a scouting robot to scout out areas instead of going there yourself.
7:bicycle- allows you to ride a bike around (can be disguised as a vehicle for more customization in bike looks)
8:Bush- allows you to hide in and move around in a bush(or what ever you disguise the bush as) if you are seen moving by enemy unit, they will fire at you. You also can not react with others while in bush (the mechanics for this would be kind of similar to Metal Gear Solid's box)
9: Magic Wand- Allows you to charge and shoot magic at enemies instead of throwing the piece at them.
*More Sound Bits
*Check Boxes on Creatures/Vehicles/Buildings That Control Functionality
1: Heal- only for creatures. Controls if it can be healed or not by your magical spells or camp
2: Repair- Only for Vehicles and buildings. Controls if you can repair that vehicle or building to raise its health before or after it dies. If it is selected that you can repair the vehicle/building then instead of disappearing when destroyed, it turns into a pile of rubble
3: Build- Only for vehicles and buildings. Controls if your character is able to build that building/vehicle if they have the hammer accessory.
4: Pilot- only for vehicles. Controls whether you pilot that vehicle or not. **see "Driving Vehicles" Below
* Driving Vehicles- allows you to drive a vehicle if selected that you can. When driving a vehicle, you control it with the same controls as when you are in a spaceship. (This also applies to MECHs)

Galactic Adventures Request:

Wow! 47 pages of requests with so much detail.
Maybe my poor request gets lost? LOL

Anyway, it is kinda a simple request for Galactic Adventures to make it much easier to create better adventures as good ideas come while playtesting:

1) Ability to change the order of acts.
2) Ability to change the order of the Goals in an act.

1: The complexity meter:

I recently had a problem where i had a max detail creature in space, then i got galactic adventures..
I got some parts stuck them on and so on, but after 3, yes 3 ASYMMETRIC parts, i maxed out the complexity.
It all very nice that creatures with less detain can have more adventure/outfitter parts, but i should be able to add atleast most of the parts i unlocked without having to remake my entire empire.

1b: Giving each part a complexity "Value"...

...(1-5?) would help us determine what we can and can't add if we add X and Y.
With this system, it should be possible to hover the mouse over the complexity bar and give a number (ex: each part with level 1 complexity will subtract 1 from that number, a part with 2 will subtract 2 etc.)


2: Scaling of parts:

I often find that I want to have a certain ability, but not have that part on my creature.
Increasing the amoun a part can be scaled up/down for some of the larger/smaller parts would both solve the problem and give more creative freedom to the players.

Also, i have seen several people mention having abilities and parts as seperate things (not necessarily this topic). That would work too.

In Galactic Adventures the one thing that would be nice is if you could have multiple captains on a save file.

I know other people have complained on the forums about the 10 part limit per captain, and I agree that it seems to few, or at least by the time you really get the hang of it you've already filled up with "useless" parts, but I also understand that the limit may be in place so that you have to specialize captains for missions and increase replayability as well as prevent captains from being over powered.

But I'm digressing, if the 10 part limit is here to stay then I would like the ability I have in quick play, to be able to select different captains that are specialized, in the same way that you can select a different space ship if you feel like it. Not only that, but it'd just be nice to have some captain variety in space stage too.

1. An expansion pack that "upgrades" Spore Galactic Adventures if you have Spore Galactic Adventures and Core Spore or GA, Core Spore, and C&C.
1B. The expansion pack will make you able to make Adventures with more goals and acts, not just 3 acts and 8 goals, there will be a limit of 5 acts per goal, and 16 goals. Those who don't have this expansion pack won't be able to play adventures with the expansion pack that upgrades GA.
1C. It'll also increase the amount of creatures you can add to adventures.
1D. For the space stage, it'll increase how many plants can be on each planet, like, 15 species of plants per planet, and 15 species of creatures per planet.
1E. Higher Terra Scores that you can terraform planets to, there would be T4 planets and T5 planets.
1F. You'd be able to add 15 species of plants to adventures that are not manually placed in Fixed Objects. (correct my grammar for 1F if you are trying to understand it)
1H. There would be new parts for captains, creatures, tribal creatures, civilized creatures, and space creatures.

I think there should be a stage inbetween tribal and cizilization, such as early civilization, because there was a huge period of time were there were citys, but no electricity or vehicles. i'm taking around circa 3000B.C.- 1500 A.D., with the midieval ages included.
That would would be nice, if the maxis team would put the effort into it, maybe in spore 2, but that won't be for years. also, the option to live underwater, i dont understand why you would cut such a brilliant idea. it's like atlantis, and you could be attacked by stuff like underwater epics, such as sea monster or giant octipi. My brother was playing spore, and his people migrated into the middle of an ocean. i thought that was absolutely awesome, but 5 day's later, he swiped a magnet over my dad's laptop. goodbye, chances of underwater life! if you could also interact with cells, like you can creatures in tribal stage, that would be nice. and also, in space stage, to get to your cities, you would need to get into a submarine. that would be awesome.
