Name of Race: Pra'lok. (Pra as in prattle, lok as in lock.)
Description/picture:

The shades vary, and sizes and slight shape differentials, but otherwise the same.
Biology: The fin like protrusion on the Pra'lok's back exists from the time they were fish. It was then used for aerodynamicallity, now it is used for heat grabbing. It is used either as an air conditioner or as a heater, depending on the temperature. The eye stalk was developed for aerodynamicallity, and they've kept it for better vision. They lack a sense of taste, and simply consume to fill the void within them, not for flavor. The claws were evolved to help them adapt to a life on land as a carnivorous species. They are often used as weapons by any tribe that kills them, as they are hard but flexible. The main biological problem that hinders their reign of the world is their weight. Their lungs are larger than normal from following Se'rem, which causes them to be slowed unless the Breath is used.
Culture: The Pra'lok believe in Se'pok'uk, a collective of all dead spirits, rules over the world. Se'pok'uk is a single mind, made of several minds. The ocean is the tears of Se'pok'uk, and the land is Se'pok'uk. The sea is life. The sky is Se'pok'uk's breath. Rock is often used in construction, and food is generally fish. They enjoy mediation, and disciplined combat. Their meditation is known as the Way of Discipline, or Se'rem. Combat has the same name. The Breath of Se'pok'uk is a move both in meditation and combat. The Breath expands their lungs and fills them with oxygen, allowing them in combat to hit harder, and in meditation relax better.
A code of honor binds them all, which is simple. 1: Never take a shortcut to bonding with Se'pok'uk. 2: Never kill a thing without eating it, and do not waste it. 3: Never give a shortcut to any Pra'lok's bonding with Se'pok'uk, even if you obey 2 by doing so. In self-defense, this is acceptable, and 2 is to be completely ignored. 4: Practice Se'rem to better bond with Se'pok'uk when your time comes.
Starting location: The Pra'Lok live on a large frozen island chain at the very south of the map. It has little grass, but good fishing. There is about 5 large islands in the chain, and around 23 small ones.
Form of government: Meritocracy tribalist. Chieftains rule over the tribe, one chieftain per tribe. The chieftain varies according to the situation. Hunger? The best hunter. Combat? The best fighter. In times when there is no disaster, the tribal master of Se'rem.

Terms:
Cer: He.
Cer'ii: They.
Cer'ii'es: Their's.
Cer'es: His.
Phenqi: The fate predecided by Se'pok'uk.

Name of Race: Gregorians
Description/picture:

Biology: the spike on their tails use to be on their backs, but over time it slowly moved down, and is now used like a scorpion's tail, and is used to inject poison that slowly burns the area, sort of like touching your hand to a stove for about, 5 seconds straight. And odd enough that they're fire creatures, they have fins on there arms. Even though they once were used as fins to swim, the Gregorians now use them as a way to move faster, as it practically slices the air when they run.
Culture: coming soon
Starting location(Here you describe the land around them. Then, you will edit the map to show where they live, and a few pixels around.): Gregorians like Hot temperatures, they live on an island that is half desert, 1/4 grassland, and 1/4 mountain range. And there main tribe is in a dormant volcano near the east of the island.

I doubt I'll refuse one, but if I do, I'll probably just ask you to modify it for it to be suitable.

Anyways, your sign up sheet looks fine. It just needs a few more things, and it'll be perfect!
Will you update the map, or do you want me to do that? The island chain, I must warn you right away, will not have to be very big, as otherwise it'll take too much space and remove possibilities of location to others. But besides that, no problem!

You do it. Currently I'm away from GIMP, and MS paint is blech.
As to Civ IV, I keep forgetting about there. I'll check in on it later.

Your sign up sheet is starting to look great! Thanks for adding all these details. The Pra'lok already look like a very interesting race!

Okay. I'd be glad if you could join!
Oh, but avoid to be too unrealistic. Your main village(not city, at least not yet!) can be near a volcano, but maybe not in the creater. It can be located on the rim of a volcano, but perhaps not truly in it, except if it is dormant.
Don't forget to preicse where on the map. And can you update the map, or do you want me to do so?

Name of Race: The Plurrimi/ Plurrimi Validus

Description/picture: Plurrimi's skin is essentisally clear when undisturbed but can change when givin reason. They have 2 legs (that's sto in Plurrimi in case you were wondering) and 2 arms. Each appendage has 10 fingers/toes which are longer than humans and have an array of actions that can be performed with them. The Plurrimi center their body towards the ground so their chest is hard to see ever in its full view. The plurrimi grow no hair and when cold huddle together in huge groups containing at least 9 Plurrimi (imagine stumbleing upon that). Their bodys have many different spikes but these spikes vary between each Plurrimi; some may have none. May add more soon

Biology: Plurrimi have advanced from a small animal living in ponds contained inside of caves into slightly smart beings. Plurrimi are omnivores however they mainly eat meat but can handle a fruit every now and then. Plurrimi often get their food from creatures the also occupy their many caves. Plurrimi are freindly once they understand you are of freindly or non-mean people. Plurrimi's location has allowed for their people to thrive seeing as though not many live in caves. Plurrimi's have a moderate swimming capability because they grew up in caves filled with water and still live there. Plurrimi have developed brains that allow them for a higher level of thinking. probibly going to add more

Culture: Many different beliefs are throughout the tribe some are based off of legends formed throughout their history. The basis of their beliefs involves loving animals and plants that live in their world. They understand that life is a valuable thing and they must treat it with care because they are lucky to have been given it

Starting location: a forest near mountains with a variety of cave systems that majorities of Plurrimi live in.

Form of government: One child is selected who is above the rest while they are in still in school, that child then is trained for becoming leader and once the previous leader steps down he takes the leading role.

Looks great! But please indicate where on the map you want to be, and what color you want.
