The Department of Natural Resources Club

Welcome to the base thread for the Department of Natural Resources thread! Some of you may be asking why and I say, “Why not”.

You may also ask, “What’s the point in making a club to the DNR?”

Well, whether or not we may like the DNR (after being exposed to hunter and farmer types of people the DNR isn’t always held high) the point of this isn’t to sit here and make their various state logos in Spore. No, I thought we should be doing something else. What should we be making? Animals! More specifically animals found in North America: wolves, cougars, moose, and deer.

But this isn’t restricted to animals only. We should do plants and fish too. In fact, if we have any templates with accurate swimming motions I would love for them to be posted here so we can work from our pool of resources. But remember: keep these wild types related to North America.


I’ll also run a DNR Sporecast. If you want anything to be added to it simply give me a link to the creation of interest and it will be added.

So with that, I encourage you to go. Go and SPORE of virtual farmers and hunters be reintroducing wolves on life-long hunting land, or near ranch land.
