I know there is a secret cell editor with lots of new parts and i just badly want there to be a patch or something that i can get the cell parts from! This is not fair because Maxis made a bunch of cool cells with some of the cell parts and we dont get any! i know some mods out there that will give you the cell parts and stuff but i dont want any because i dont want to get a virus! [how do you put pictures here?] Help?

I agree, but in truth the Secret Cell Editor may indeed have 6 Pages but all the parts are only Edited Parts of the ones from the first Page, so Maxis should just let us Edit the parts ourselves if you get what im saying.
Edit: Oh and this is in the wrong Section.
