Ah, true. And yes. Basically, they both send in a Post detailing the beginning of the battle, usually with their character performing an attack on the other one. Mods judge the two, and then decide a winner. The winner posts the post, and that post is the canon start of the battle, leading up to the next round, a continuation of the battle.

However, to make things fair, A could probably quote the non-winning post, allowing both players to study the other's style.

Yeah, this probably won't move all too quickly, but at least it would be fair to everyone.

That is a good way to do it. I hope A will do this because it's sounds like it will work perfectly.
