Only one I would have is one telling people to get off my bumper.

Some of them are clever. I might have to get a "My kid beat the SPORE out of your honor role student" one.

I never have time to read them, nor do I dare get close enough. So for that I won't bother slapping any on.

Not unless it's a big one you can read a mile down the road. But I would still like to have it involve getting off my bumper.

Also, another failing of the CvE arguments is that no one can win. No creationist is going to change their views over a single argument on a Spore forum, likewise, no atheist is going to be converted to any religion because of the argument either.

Well luckily there have been no CvE arguments lately.

The title of this got mixed up. It really was supposed to be Pester555.

We all know that, but debating young earth creationists is fun sometimes. It's like starting a game you've already beaten ten times on the easiest setting. You know before you begin that you're going to utterly crush your opponent with little difficulty and they're powerless to stop it. Yet when you come back tomorrow, they've all respawned to fight again.

Due to the fact the moderators banned them, which was because no one could be convinced by careful arguments, which resulted in them just turning into flame wars.

I've never been convinced of anything by the internet. Confirmation bias? Probably, but we all have that.

What? CvE? I thought we already ended our habit of making threads like those.

The sad thing is that no one will click the link and it will devolve into a flame war.

Also Evolutionist's have good reason to be stern (Or Dickish in the OP's Words), as Evolution is actually backed up by this great new thing called Evidence.

See, when either side says, "We can be dickish but you can't," that by definition is not a healthy debate.

I heard they fixed that with the Prius. Part of the whole "hybrid" technology.

On second thought, I suck at commenting on philosophy, so I'll just stand back and watch...

Isn't there something called Evidence and Logical Conclusions?

Science and Philosophy are two entirely different concepts/principles.
