oh, i thought you could already do that.

Ok, I got a response and it looks like account deletion is disabled because they're investigating website performance issues and other issues with linking/deleting multiple accounts related to the Sporepedia.

something weird happened i have two screen names and later on when i check on it to change my screen name back to the original the original is gone i tried making it again but it said that name was in use already so im stuck with the other screen name

Read a topic before you post on it, the answer was right above you.

I read entire thread but recently made a new screen name and now can't log in on forums under my old screen name. Its very bothersome and I tried the whole : thing but its not working.

Log in with "e-mail@address.com:screen_name" and then the password for that screen name.

If that doesn't work, contact EA support to get it sorted.
