Okay, I know that if I befriend them, everyone in the galaxy will hate my guts. However, if I befriend the Grox, get the badge, THEN blow them the hell up, will the other empires like me again?

Also, when will the Grox stop shooting me upon sight? I'm at -4 with them (yellow zone), and they still shoot me. Do I have to be in the positives? Blue? Green?

You have to be an Ally for them to stop shooting,

And the rest of the Universe will still hate you.

In the beginning, the Universe was created, and was widely regarded as a bad idea.

You can befriend the grox! It is very difficult because they will almost never stop attacking, and their ships are strong. But, this is what you do.

1) Get maximum health. 2) Get maximum battery pack 3) Get maximum interstellar drive (because the closer you are to the middle of the galaxy, the least you can move). 4) If you have auto turrets, turn them off, now. 5) Don't get pissy about what they say to you obviously. 6)Get the super happy ray 7) Get the mega laser Build a colony in the middle of the galaxy so you can respawn, repair, and recharge there, becuase the grox will hurt you badly, and you don't wnat to have to keep going back and forth. 9) Lastly, don't ever turn your auto turrets on, don't put turrets on your colonies that are next to theirs, dont protect your colony if it's the grox that are attacking, and dont put an uber turret.

Now then, being cyborgs, they are harder to please, and are pleased in different ways.

1) Do missions for them until its up to +50. 2) Never say no to a mission. 3) Don't wait till they need your elp, they won't. Ever. 4) you probably won't belive me, but NEVER, EVER, increase the terrascore of ANY of their planets to 1 or higher. It will instantly kill them and destroy ther colony, thus putting you at war. 5) get the super happy ray, it works up to +30. 6) Bring a lot of money, paying them won't help much, but it can do up to +10. 7) They also like people who break galactic code. Speaking of which, what is galactic code? Everyone i went to hated me for it? And i dont even now what it was that i did! Take their missions very seriously, if they tell you to destroy one of there own turrets, dont say no for one. And when your doing it, be very careful while aiming, if you hurt a building or civilian even, they WILL hate you for it. Extremely.

Your all probably thinking that tis will take some time to do and will cost you a shitload on your sporebucks budget. Well, it will, and it will. GET OVER IT!

If the Grox give you a mission to do damage to themselves, you should accept the mission and then delete it. It counts as an accepted mission, but neither a succeeded nor a failed one.

Ok, I allied with the grox, it was good, I laughed, went to war with everyone instantly (which also netted me the warmonger 5 badge, I don't even think I had the 3 yet), and I got the dance with devil badge (are we on the dark side now?). Is there any way to go more down the path of the darkside?

They also like people who break galactic code. Speaking of which, what is galactic code?

When you blow up a planet, any planet (even if it is your own), it's considered a breach of Galactic Code.
Actually there are several other ways to breach Galactic Code, however I can't remember them.

So when trying to ally The Grox, blow up five planets in nearby neutral or alien controlled space.
(Not in Grox space, of course, doing that would put you at war with them! )

As long as you do this properly, it will give you a +50 relashionship boost!

On the Gaactic Code thingy-

Being a scientist or something, and using Gravitational Wave is against the galactic code.

What ever you do, make sure befriending the grox is your last! If you do, everyone in the galaxy will hate you by 200 and start a war with you! Plus, you can't even trade with the grox. People will get over it, but only after a few days of playing, and thats only the people your near too. Plus, the grox will stop liking you quickly. It's worthless to befriend them, don't do it, trust me.

Breaking the galactic code is using something that instantly destroys or takes over a planet (other than economic ways) so fanatical freanzy, gravitation wave and planet busters break the code.
