I just reread the OP. With the exception of the deauthorization tool and the increased number of installs, everything there is still true and valid.

I'm just surprised I'd only posted in this thread three times before...

Qua? I didn't catch the reference in BB's post...

The only "banned moderator" in know of is a sporemaster that was here just before I arrived. They appearantly told people that if they were banned from the Sporum, they would also be banned from logging into Spore. Lots of people believed the statement, there were a few gaming news articles about it, but it wasn't true. That sporemaster was then canned (at least, as much as a volunteer can be "canned").
