Competition is just too strong and seems keeping things simple doesn't pay either, they need to be super complicated it seems.

Well there went my dreams of my creature being in darkspore. I actually thought mine was good...Guess not. i guess i just suck at spore I might aswell never enter another contest ever again i have no chance of winning.

I'm pretty sure this was based on how a real "Lightning Stalker" would look, not to make it too complex or it would be too heavy. I think this is meant to be on how it looks for it's hunting skills. Most of the best entries here have very bulky Characteristics, however most of the ones I saw on the Sporecast looked light and efficient enough to be great predators. I think we should go for them next time, not just to go for flashy appearances and things like that.
