i mean like what is the best color spice?And how much does it sell for?

Can't remember prices and am not really sure which one sells for the highest. But from my experience, you can make good proffit with the red spice. On your travels, just keep an eye who sells it real cheap and who buys it real high. Or even when you produce, take it to the high places and sell it. It's places you're gona have to find it and keep track on your own.

I'm not saying it sells high.

I'm saying you can make good money selling it at its highest price, since it's easy to acquire.


Edit: If you find a planet that pays a lot for any colored spice, just try to make a colony on a planet that produces that spice and try to bring it to T3.

Well, first you need to realize what type of spice is best. Here's the order:
-Purple
-Pink
-Green
-Blue
-Yellow
-Red

Only bother with purple, pink, and green. If you pass by a solar system with only red or yellow spice planets, don't even bother. Blue is a bit more tolerable but still fairly cheap, so only go for it if its in a system with more valuable spice.

Next, maxing out the T-Score is great. Although you only need T2 for good production, you'll get two colonies at the most with no colony turrets, and plus they won't store as much spice. Having a T3 colony means three cities that you can have turrets on.

Also, building placement it a big factor. I've memorized the way to get max spice at a neutral happiness scale but its hard to put it down. Look at the stickies.

And finally its worth noting that if you end up blue in the civilization stage you'll unlock spice savant, an ability that boosts your spice gathered by a fair amount, and its a better ability compared to the red and green options that reduce pirate attacks and disasters respectively.

Purple spice is epic. Unfortunately it's rare. I think they're in Red-Blue binary systems, I dunno, I haven't seen purple spice yet.

As you can see, if you really want the rarest spice, head to the blue
stars. Of course, what this doesn't say is the probabilty that each star
will appear. No one, has, of course calculated the amount of each type of
star, so there is no point is estimating there.

Each piece of spice has a maximum selling price that is seemingly
determined by the game. These are, according to one of my sources, the
highest observed prices for each piece of Spice.

Red Spice = 16,868 Sporebucks per unit

Blue Spice = 26,140 Sporebucks per unit

Yellow Spice = 22,491 Sporebucks per unit

Green Spice = 50,605 Sporebucks per unit

Pink Spice = 56,188 Sporebucks per unit
