GAME CHANGERS KIDS SPRING BREAK COMPETITION 2010

Update (10/22/10) Winners Announced!!!

"We are happy to report that the Kids Winners have now been announced. Twelve of the 17 kids winners were for Spore—we are thrilled and hope you are too! The winning projects are announced here: http://www.dmlcompetition.net/kidscomp/winners

I think you'll also be pleased to know that two of the kids winners were invited to attend President Obama's first Science Fair yesterday. The top winner, Jack Hanson, a Spore "developer," was proud to be able to shake the President's hand and be photographed with Bill Nye (NPR's Science Guy). Aneesh Chopra, CTO, in his opening remarks gave a shout out to the Competition, and the Competition was mentioned in yestrday's NYT article on the Science Fair." - MacArthur Foundation

Cool! Hey, do your friends have to have spore accounts cos 2 of my frends have spore accounts but one can't get his password and the email thing isn't working and the other one doesn't play it anymore but I have two frends who don't have the game but like it.

Six years, two-thousand-seven-hundred creations and seventy six save games later, I still hold the line.

@Pyromancer456: If you're good at making creations, or maybe just coming up with cool ideas, you can grab a couple of your friends to make a team. Maybe one of them is more comfortable with adventure design, and you could contribute in other ways.

A contest that the winners get to go to the EA headquaters?! I'm in!

So the entry needs to be STEM related?
And can I enter this even though I'm a collaborator on a game changers finalist entry?

Do you mean friends as in 'real life friends' or as in a person you paired up with?

Cool! You would have to find players that you can trust to be under 18, or you could be disqualified.

Sooo...

This is available for anyone around the world? Dutch people and American people alike?

In that case I might join, but I don't know if I am popular enough to get qualified as 'highly rated', isn't that a little unfair compared to players who have even less subs than me?

Anyone wish to team up with me, look at the link in my sig to go to my profile, and pm me if you are willing to team up.

I am fifteen by the way.

I'm looking forward to playing all the entries and help them get highly rated

Also, MC, I was looking at how we are supposed to be judged and I saw that the adventures need to reward the players and also be completed by "anyone", How are we supposed to reward them? If spore points are the reward then the adventure would only reward about 10 points if it can be completed by "anyone".
Could you please clear this up?
