Good Gold Texture

I've tried searching for this but I can't find what I'm looking for.

How do you get that shining gold texture on a building or vehicle, I've tried paint like other gold creation but can't seem to get it right.

I've tried the "2nd from the left at the bottom on page 8" and only get this:

This is with highest setting full screen at the largest sceen size...

In the vehicle editor, bottom 2nd page, second to the left . If you paint that yellow, it gives a nice golden glow. =)

Also, be sure you've put the texture-settings on high. Otherwise the shine might not be visible.

And in the building editor, page 8, on the bottom, second to the left.

I've tried that but it just come out as the liney texture it shows. I've got all my settings on high and I'm playing it fullscreen, but at 800x600...

Use them as both the same color. Go to the orange-yellow color, and go to the very top right. Do that twice, and you are gold.

I have and it still came out liney, one line brighter than the others... It is just my Graphics?

Try the vehicle editor, 2nd page, 2nd row down, on the far left. Paint both yellow nad it should be a nice shiny gold.

That is the colour scheme I used it's in the (building editor too) but it still came out liney like the image shows.

No, page 8 second row from the top, on the far left for the building editor.

Nope still comes out wierd...

I guess it's my graphics card, what sort of card do I need for it to look right.

You need a high-graphics computer. You can always set your graphics to high, but it doesn't mean it'll be as good as a higher-quality graphics card. My old computer, I can set that to high graphics, but it'll never be as good as my newer gaming PC.

Sorry, you'll need a whole new graphics card or computer to get the shiny graphics

Oh, Why must my computer be 2/3 years old????

seeing as my computer's so out of date could someone goldify this

make the yellow bits gold and the black bits black. Please could someone do this just so I could see what the PNG would look like.

In the building editor, either page 8, top row and 2nd from the right or page 11, 2nd row and 2nd from the right.
