Dratus. Well, informative at least and keeps me from dumping into part slots willy-nilly on my Space Captains.

So, I'm playing in the space stage and I go to a planet for a mission and to my suprise it's my adventure I created. But, when the adventure actually starts it's very different than what I designed! I could see this happening with an adventure I downloaded but I created this one myself. On the same computer! And when I play it outside of the game it's fine. For a while I've been playing missions in the space stage and getting alot that I thought were awful. Maybe they were not like that originally. My frustration with GA groooooooooooooooooooooooows

Is it possible to delete indivdual items in the adventure creator in galactic adventures? i know you can use the undo button, but if you have somthing you placed a long time ago it kinda causes a problem.

Q: How can I change the pitch of my captains voice?
A: The voice of the captain is based on mouth type. You can also change the pitch by adjusting the size of your captain. Select your captain by clicking on it on the planet, hold shift, and scroll the mouse wheel up or down. Smaller captains have squeaky voices while larger ones have booming voices. This also works on other characters.
I thought the size of the mouth affects the pitch of your character.

You ever get the sense your drifting alone on apeice of a ship that's gone down? I guess I could go to the Help section and sift through 950 pages of threads, but I have a life to get back to.Every game I've ever played was on the PC because I thought they were of a higher calliber, and even though they mostly had thier own glitches and mistakes they can't even come close to you. Here's 4 time nominee Nancy Grace and Recipient of last years "I Agree With What You Say But Do You Have To Be Such a @%#@& About It" Life Time Achievement Award Bill Maher to present you with the Not So coveted Middle Finger Gold Statue for Galactic Adventures .Thanks maxis. Next time I see one of Your games I'll point my arm straight out and emit that horrible screech from Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

The adventures that maxis made, change their language automaticely depending on in wich language your game is installed (at least I suppose that's the case, or else it would be very weird that they only made dutch adventures). I've also seen a player-adventure that was just a maxis-adventure edited, and some of the text balloons were unaltered. These still had dutch texts in them, but I suppose they were English when the player edited the adventure (because it was not a dutch player) so that means these text-balloons were still automaticely language-changing.
So my question is: is it possible, as a "normal" player, to make an adventure from scratch that changes language depending on the language the game is installed in? (off course as the maker of the adventure you would have to enter the different texts for different languages, I don't expect the game to réálly automaticely translate it) Or is it not possible, and should I continue to make multiple versions when I make an adventure?
@Dayton5432: click on the item you want gone, now there appears a circle around it for rotating the part - that indicates that you've selected it - then press delete.

I know how to make creatures transform into objects. First, get the gameplay object you want, like a bomb. Then, go to the sporepedia to disguise the bomb. Then, select a building and go to the editor. Then, click on the sporepedia button in the building editor. Find your creature. Select it, press the green check button in the editor and the creature should pop up.

I'm wondering if there's a way to add your own crew when you go to an adventure during the space stage. it's probably blitheringly obvious, but can someone help me out?

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but my captain has problems picking up & giving items. For example, in the DNA mission, I am trying to pick up the exploding bond things and when i click on it, it takes about 10 seconds to pick it up. Then, when i try to give it the the molecule creatures, the object stays in my hand and blows up. Can anyone help me?

Did you have the gift icon when you were trying to give the item to the other creature?

The title of this got mixed up. It really was supposed to be Pester555.

Don't be offended if this seems like a stupid question, but... does your captain have graspers? I've heard of people with armless captains having this same problem.
