After almost a year of being on spore I finally got c and c. I went through the process of installing it and the went to the in game sporepedia. However, I found that all of the c and c creations I had downloaded before i installed c and c were still locked. When I opened them up it said that i could not edit them because I didn't have core spore. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi!

Try launching the original Spore core icon in blue and let a database content update occur. Then close Spore, then launch Spore GA, the new, orange, icon and let a database content update occur. This should correct the problem.

I can open c and c creations now, but now, i can't open any ga creations in ga. Not even my own! help

I am having the same ga problem! When i open it up it just says spore! I can still use exoskeleton bits but i cant use adventure parts, adventure creator and i cand play adventures.... help!

Try uninstalling everything, then reinstalling in this order:
spore>patch 5.1>c&c>GA>patch 5.1 again you can choose yes when it prompts you to back up, however

you also need My Spore creations folder in documents.

This is a known issue when installing c&c on top of GA.

but then won't I run out of times to install?

I think that only applies if yer installing it on a different computer.

Uninstalling and reinstalling on the same pc without changing hardware or operating system doesn't count as an authorization.

To be safe before making changes to your computer, such as upgrading Windows, formatting the hard drive, or upgrading equipment such as the motherboard deauthorize Spore before making changes to your PC.

Before uninstalling be sure to back up your save game data and the My Spore Creations folder in Documents.

ummm reinstall in a certain order umm i cant rember the order so look it up.
