And then perhaps a crossover if we absolutely must have it, but I think we could very easily tie in OUTER SPACE and our superpowered friends.

Silent read my mind as it was a few hours ago.

We'd have empire-building on one hand, but we'd also have super individuals. Maybe they're the result of government testing, maybe, like Superman, different conditions on different planets give the their abilities. Maybe they don't have abilities at all- they're politicians? Tacticians? War heroes (prolly not for me, I've been down the road of making them too yammin' important)?

Also, you're all saying 2 and 4. You're not suggesting that we take factions that we made in RPs past and re-use them?

Characters would be cool for that, but whole factions- naaaaah.
