Jax, if you began as one of the Gangs of Necro, you could have a much more advanced species, just not a whole planet full. You can use any species you want, including that one. Maybe you should do that instead.

If I start in Necro, I'll have to remake my species into the sentient version. Scratch my Cosmos Sheet. I'm starting in Necro.

I haven't been keeping up with LATG (and this) since I have stopped posting there, but I do plan to catch up at some point, and if time allows, resume playing. I think the likeliest race I will play as, should that happen, is the Clay Beings. You can add them to the Returning Races section.

Does anyone mind if I start out in the Bronze Age? Also, can there be NPC empires of my race in the Necro Region, or is the Akyrian Empire the only place where Aqurans exist?

Well if you are in Necro you are really just a gang and not an empire. However you start off able to use advanced tech, although you can only salvage it not build it. You would be capable of making spears and clothes out of plants and animals though, but higher tech you would need to raid. If you are referring to Cosmos, you still have to start as a creature.

Jax, Your sheet seems acceptable, I see you are using one of your Ev'El-Ot races. I would state however that you are allowed to have some very advanced technology, not only basic tribal weapons and tools.

Another News update; I am planning a LATG/LATU Records thread, to record all the character sheets from LATU, and all the major events from both threads, however doing so will be an undeniable big task and so I will be needing help. Please PM me if you are interested in this idea

I'll edit my sheet to include some advanced tech. Also, my question if I can have NPCs of my species is still unanswered.

Edit: The reason that I'm using the word empire is because the Rogue Warriors think of themselves as empires, since I plan on there being five of them at the start, and each of them being a civilization, not just a group of tribal warriors in the ruins of an advanced race.

@Jax; The edit seems good, however it might be good to note in brackets how many Plasma Spears you have to start with, given that you cannot repair or replace them. Also, I am not sure about having multiple "Gangs" of the Same species in Necro, I would say that it would be sort of unfair if there were multiple groups of your race, and only one of everyone else's. I suggest you wait for Pith's input.

@Everyone Else: We still need a sig, or even multiple sigs. Legion and I have requested Sigs but they are taking an enormous amount if Time to make. Anyone who wants to make one is welcome to, and any Sigs will be appreciated.

Okay, I thought this might come up so I had updated the IC front page some time ago. Basically, you start off with one advanced weapon for your leader, a few non combatant gadgets, and the rest of your tech will be very simplistic. Stone tool simplistic. After all, you are playing as a new gang, much of the good territory will already be claimed.

NPCs of your race are fine, provided that they are also on Necro. Gangs are not always made of one species, and not all of one species need to be allied. You can have splinter groups and multiracial troops, depending on what you want. Make sense?

Name: The Ilgath

Diet: They are omnivores. They eat both vegetables and flesh. Only in a different way, they bite in their food sending in an acid to melt the inner of the food and than to suck it up. They can also hunt prey this way. They b ite them and later the creature falls dead of its melting organs.
Height: They are about 2 meters high.

Description: They are purple with orange spots on their body. They have 6 arms but only 1 pair of arms has hands. The rest are arms with 1 big claw on both to rip and fight. They have 2 sabers under their mouth and 2 long horns on their head. The Ilgath build crudes holes or nests with an strong web. It is very though almost has hard as stone but very light. They use their acid to redevour the web and use it for food when they have to move.
They live mostly alone , but sometimes a strong Ilgath uses his power to unite a small band of Ilgath for him to hunt.
This is the most important thing in Ilgath reproduction. As the leader Ilgath has dominaince and grow fat he comes in an breeding havior. He'll begin making eggs inside an egg sac. He'll start laying them. They take 9 morths to hatch.

This will be his undoing also. As his eggs come from its eggsack nothing goes wrong. But after 9 motnsh some eggs still in the egg sack start hatching and being hungrry and feeling threathend. They will start biting the eggsack , poisening the Ilgath in breeding behavior. When this happens the pack raises the Illgath babies and than they just disperse and leave to go hunting out in solo.

Hearing this I will say the Ilgath are both sexes. They make themselve fertile , but it only happens when there fat. Because the fat triggers and hormone bringing him in its Breeding behavior.

They are very concerned about hunting ground and they would only not attack Ilgath the rest is good for food. Even dead Ilgath is good for eating. They are also good at climbing.

Habitat: They live in jungle like habbitats. The few open places makes it perfect to jump an prey and attack it and eat it. It also makes good place of making nests up in tree's.
