That's what the issue is. If they asked you to delete or lock superfluous threads about DRM, then that's cool, I understand. Need to keep the forums clean and all. But I highly HIGHLY doubt they said a SPORE thing about "forum ban = game ban". If you're saying they did, then I'll call shenanigans until you provide proof.

Anyone else notice that for his first post in this thread being SMRob's "last post here", he seems to be posting an awful lot? Nothing like a drama llama troll.

I helped ones on MySporePage.com and met the staff, but they where exstremly scared of Hackers and every member that was on MSP kinder got warnings all the time because they think they are hackers and without reasons blaiming them.

Then they deleted my account from there site becaues they "thought" I had hacked there site....

And there was a lot of times where Monster (SporeMasterJoe) editted my posts making them sound wrong and he have also deleted my opinions on stuff, but that was on MSP and I was angered, but nothing more.

But when he editted one of my posts on this forum where I told my opinion about MSP he editted it and in the edit he blaimed me for taking there site down "again" like I have hacked them before and it really pisses me off that a man with a position as a SporeMaster blaim me without any reason and makes me look like a hacker and makes me looks like a person no one will believe!

So they told you to say that people can/will be banned and have to buy a new copy of the game for discussing DRM?

Also, if they were really maling your name "dirt" as you put it, they'd have named you BY NAME. Even forum name.
They did not, so quit acting like some kind of martyr.

I did find this interesting though. Their way of saying, "during this time of turmoil, busy patching and patch fixing, litigations, and overall unsatisfied customer relations... we can't have Sporemasters making matters worse."

Hi mysporespage - I do agree your comments were out of line and your removal was required - though I do have some sympathy. You seem very young and perhaps that should have been taken into consideration before giving you the responsibility in the first place.

Hopefully in a couple of days/weeks you will be over it- and continue your enjoyment of Spore and this forum

Eventhougt i can not agree with your actions my sentiments are somewhat like what the poster above me has said.
I deduct from the bitter and quite unproffesional tone of your post that you still must be quite young.
Dont feel to bad about it. Yes you did as you were intstructed and that in itself is already a spot ''evil'' on EA's part.
But you have taken a bold desicion in following these orders.
I wish you the best of luck and i hope you can learn from this experience.

From my experience of people on major forums, most are likely to only read the first post. Then they will make a dozen or more topics on what they think about the idea of getting banned and losing their game with it, long before they'll even bother to read the the full topic. People are just looking for an excuse to complain in such a manner and they don't care if the issue has already been solved, they just want their turn at being the center of attention. So now that the issue has been solved, I still feel it best to suggest that the false information be removed (with an additional note mentioning that the information was removed as it was false -- thus no valid claims of a cover up and no potential confusion).

i agree but all of us answering him isnt helping its keeping this post alive, we should have all let it blink off in to the void that is pages 2 and 3 until it totally blinked off the face of net!

i mean this guy made some people send that thread into the BBB and all the major news stations to get the word out on "EA trying to screw the consumer outta more money" i mean i believe that EA would screw us out of every cent we own if we let them! but now you made them have to show face and assure the people of the community that these accusations were false(and we all know EA hates speaking to the public) so people just let this thread die already there are are much more heated and fun threads to post in and instigate trouble heck mysporepage go ahead and instigate trouble on the EA federal court thread!

ohh and stop trying to stir up trouble about normal posters being sporemasters in disguise(am i the only one who saw this as a futile attempt to pit us against one another)

Actually - I believe that our SporeMasters do a pretty good job of helping keep the conversation flowing well overall - they help make the Forum a better place to be.

What I was trying to say was that we see that there is dissatisfaction in the community and while we are trying to improve the situation, we'd like to try to lead by example: be kind, talk about the game and try and resolve problems.
