The problems Maxis seems to be having are piling up. Sure hope they get things worked out soon for everyone.

Still unable to login in, and it's getting close to a week.

I do realize there are some awkward work arounds, and thanks to what Ryuujin sent me I'm able to intermittently get into my sporepedia.

I would be more than happy to help with testing. You may certainly use my id to test.

If there is anything you would like me to try, pm me.

I'm in a class, but will break out if there is testing, since I really would like to get this resolved.

I'm just getting in on the thread, announcing that I too have had a 500 error for the last week.

same here now i still need to change my tagline! lol

Everything seems to be working for me again.... However, I am still being sent to EU's log out page after logging out from Spore.com and the color swirls of magenta and blue dashes keep creeping in on Spore.com.

Loads up as a blank page - this is true of ALL creations. How can I rate peoples stuff atm?

P.S. I say that for the benefit of myself, and no one else.

The web team just implemented a possible fix for some of the odd issues that have been cropping up on Spore.com.

It looks like some users may have had their profile page content restored, but not all.

Will those players who were experiencing consistent 500 errors force a full browser refresh, then try to visit the page you were getting the error on before? Let us know if you're still seeing these please.

I received the 500 error after approving a comment from Spore.com and whether I hit "approve comment" or "approve all".... it will NOT approve. I can approve from my game but my game and Spore.com have slowed down to a crawl since around 1:30 pm central US time.

Did you receive this error after our fix today at 5:00 pm PDT?

I'm still getting it, after restarting the browser and clearing cache.

same 500 error on login, but when I hit the login button, I see my avi and "welcome ashkelon" up in the corner.

In other words, nothing has changed.

I'm not excited about doing a full restart, since I'm in the middle of a class, but I'll try that now. I will clear first, restart and see what happens.
