Well, just arrived home this morning and what with the time change etc, I'm pretty tired...but still pretty fired up about such a great opportunity! NeoCell, the game allows a very large number of objects and creatures to be placed in the game. I didn't count how many creatures it allowed etc but I should think that most of us will be quite satisfied with the complexity allowed. GA is pretty huge, at least that is how it felt with the bit of time we were given to toy with it (and by little...I'm refering to how much time a lot of us spend just making creations...you catch my drift!) How complex you make your planet/missions is totally up to you, but believe me....there are endless possibilities that will keep you engrossed for long periods of time.
I'm far to tired to answer all the questions right now, but do want to extend my thanks to Maxis as they were incredibly good to us. They have a fantastic team there and all of them are very excited about GA and also the community here...all of the community. There is a lot of excitement about the release of GA and I think , like proud moms and dads, can't wait to hear back from the community about their experiences etc. I whipped up a little creation...in my mind numbing exhaustion..heheh...a little tribute I suppose...and it was really fantastic to meet all the other creators as well and can now put a face and personality to all those people...quite a dynamic and wonderful bunch of folks!

Maybe they will get kicked out one at a time until one one person is left and they get Maxis because they are worthy...

Hmm, I don't think so. You can change other creatures, by making a vesion of it invisible when you get to a certain act, and then placing another one on the same place and making it become visible at that same time. You can even make a "one-shot" effect (a "poof" animation, for instance) happen at that precise time.
There are 2 kinds of invisibility: you can make gameplay objects invisible, but still working (like a jump pad, the creature won't see it, but it will jump), but you can also make any creation (creature, building, etc) invisible in a way that it behaves as if it didn't existed. Then you can have it become visible just during the chosen acts, so it pops in and out of existence as the adventure progresses.
yeah, i figured. I was just thinking about some adventures in which you change perspective part-way through. I guess I'll have to alter some adventure plots then.

What do you mean what type?
As soon as Ceece is done with the screens it will make explaining stuff much easier. There are creatures, vehicles, buildings, fixed objects, game objects, effects... and Im sure Im missing something. Fixed objects are deco, stuff you can't really interact with. Game objects are self explanatory, those are things u actually interact with. And effects there are visuals, audio... The Maxis props are awesome, I used a whole lot of them.

My question is if spaceships can be used as holdable objects (Keys,Weapons, etc.) because i suscribed to a weapon sporecast and the weapons are mostly spaceships.BTW was there ranged weapons that Maxis made (Guns,Crossbows, etc.)?

Since adventures require a lot of elements, and GA will be shipping with many such props, what sort can we expect? (we already know bridges. any themes, aka ancient myan, etc..)

yes. objects in vehicle and building editors are quite versatile. As for using it as an actual sword, i dont think so. combat is limited to the many new weapons that it ships with.

Hmm... I know for sure that you can disguise a game object as a spaceship and then have it held. A lot of it is out of the box thinking. Like you can give the illusion of a lot of things without them actually being that. By using the disguise function.

There were many really... I know I used a lot of boulders, plants loaded up as props, and a llama statue to terrasculpt this scene. I saw things like torches, scepters, fire pits. I dont remember bridges. The one I made was natural so I remember how to do that.
