Just to let you know, Sporumers typically look down upon "leet speak". Some people may not take you seriously if you don't write properly.

Anyways, the Grox are extremely difficult to beat. Try to get a lot of money first, and have at least 20 or more Heal-All and Energy-All packs (I can't remember their names), and all of the weapons, including the shield. Get 5 allies, all from Level 5 Empires, they provide the most health and firepower (they'll still be cut to shreds by the Grox but they're good meatshields!) and have the Max Health and Max Energy. If you're a Zealot this is easy, just Fanatical Frenzy a planet and rest there, then lash out again at them.

Good luck. I've never attempted to defeat all of the Grox, I've only allied them and destroyed a handful of their planets.
