IC: The Greelians are preparing for the forum. The Greelians have said this is what is needing discussion at the forums: Ancient civilization ruins, Mountain Bird status, a spreading rumor in Gren, eastward exploration, and unusual Greelians. The new diplomatic idea was not agreed upon enough yet for this to come up.

DW, change the title... I thought this was a new rp somehow involving MG's Galactic alliance and the roman court...

The Forum
The UFN discss there priorities in the forum.

The UFN representitives have gathered up heir notes and present their ideas and needs.

1. IHA
"We think that it would be fair if every nation sent troops to the IHA. That way the UFN doesn't have to pay all the expenses for the maintainance of the IHA. We hope that this army will help bring peace and hope to those in need."(OOC: if you want to add troops to the IHA, PM me how many and then post it here.)

2. International systems
"Our government has realized that many nations have different ways of keeping time, measuring distances, measuring capacity, measuring weight, differnt languages, and different currancy. We think it is necessary to create translations for all languages as well as a commen measurementand time system. We also want to impliment a system of mint where all money has value as an object." (ie. gold and silver)

3. Communication
"We realize that it takes days and even weeks for news and infrmation to spread. I sujest we get ou scientists ring to develope some way to communicate with one another faster and easier."

what is the IHA?

OOC: IHA stands for International help army. In the main thread I think it is on page 54 or something. It was founded by the UFN to help in areas of didaster like NATO or the UN.

These are the issues the fista will bring up at the next forum.

Expansion by the fista:
the fista kingdom is under the beleif that some unclaimed territories belong to the fista and should be shown as such explaining about the fall of their kingdom and how this territory was indeed once theirs.Though they will not claim any territories already possesed by other kingdoms.

Fista education:
The fista would like if some scholars of other kingdoms would come to the fista lands to help found other shcools and universities to aid in the spread of knowledge among the fista kingdom. They beleive that foriegn knowledge and schools of thought plus extra teachers will be good for the young minds of the fista and no doubtbe valuable for them in the future when conducting diplomacy.

Miners and mining tools: If any nation out there possess tools for mining could they please show it to us. We would like the knowldege of superior digging tools and how to extract ore. Also if any nation is willing to provide a workforce in the mining it would be well appreciated.

oh I thought it was something about the forum or an HQ for our version of the UN. Anyway in that case the fista will defenitley send about 400 soldiers to this army.Hopefully that counts for something! I wouldn't want this to end up like UN missions usualy do and just be US missions with a little help from other nations.

Aldabeta Announcements:
The Aldabetians announce that they have decided to cut back a full 50% of all military research so they can develop tech that benefits all people of all nations, and so that they might usher the world into an era of peace. They also announce a plan to send technological fairs around the world to show all nations their new innovations and trade these ideas and products with all people.
They also announce that they wished to speak with the Catopian delegates alone so that they may together set up measures which combat the Silvestres.

Can we focus on this for a small amount of time? If the story in the thread keeps advancing then this will be obsolete.

Unis is another nation, who are composed of Both Greelians and Aldibetuse.

Response to other topics:

1 Communication:
Currently, Aldibetuse scientists have discovered a way to make electric signals traveling along wire into a form of communication based on our Semaphore system. It means that messages can travel at great speeds by wire, but we do not think it will be suitable to go underwater. We will continue trying to find a way for it to work.
2 IHA:
Aldabeta agrees to send 500 troops to your bases. It may not seem like a very large number, but we will make up for it in technology; The Aldibetuse Louies are unrivaled as forms of military transportation and can cross terrains not even possible to cross by foot. We will also give you our mortar cannons, which we believe you can make great use of; they can fire things longer and farther than anything known to man. Along with that we will give you the design for our rockets, which, although not military, we believe could have military application. We also pledge to send a team of the greatest ships known on this Earth; the mighty Submarine, capable of going to depths further than life can live and achieving speeds not possible yet on land.
Unis agrees to send 5000 volunteer troops, but they will require armor and weaponry as well as some training, as they are at the moment more like an exploratory force.
3 International Systems:
We do not think such a thing is required. All Aldibetuse are taught Greelian, Bird, Catopian, Zumpy, Ancient Aldibetuse, and even the ancient language of the Edena as was heard in the University's early days. A universal currency would disrupt economic systems which do not wholly depend on currency, such as ours. We would be happy with a universalization of measurement or time scale, though.
4 Fista Education:
The Aldibetuse, for whom education is most of all the most key thing for any civilization, agree to fully fund any system the Fista wish to put up. They will come to train teachers in history, languages, mathematics, and sciences. They can see no better way to bring all nations together.
4 Fista mines:
The Aldibetuse agree to send all the technology they have regarding mining as long as the Greelians are Ok, as the Greelians are really the main force of miners in Aldabeta and Unis.

Catopian Announcements:

Contested. My date posting it was ours was before your post. (Wow, close call, we were only ahead by 30 min.)

We motion for the forum to be internationally protected in case of a war, to prevent the disruption of communication.

Next post we will begin construction of telegram lines to make communication from empires easier.

i suggest that we work on an invention called a computer with this we an do many good things

Toka land: the toka want the whole contient they are living onto themselves for expansion

the toka announce that they have made electro magnets that can lift tons of metals in the air and put them into forges
what would you trade for this

The Catopians vote for the allocation of the continent to the Toka

and claim the bottom right of South Mondalia (the main continent) for there own just to make ample room for expansion.
