I made it to where you give a key to a vechicle to make it go, and before he inserts the key, he runs right in front of the vehicle, and gets ran over. XD

I guess you could sue the vehicle creator for putting the ignition in the front  .

This happens with all give commands. The player or NPC will always move to the front of the object (vehicle or building) to give the object.
You can avoid the vehicle killing the player if you put the vehicle on the green team. You might want to make the vehilce mindless too (mindless vehicles will stop if you stand in front of it; friendly vehicles will move around the player.)
