I just started space stage, and it says alert and something about i should add entertainment buildings, so i made all cities three happy faces other then one city. Why won't my alert go away?

IN the hints and strategies section, there is a great guide to laying out cities. It actually has every possible city layout and they best way to set it up for the least money.
I read through enough of them to get the jist of it, and now can usually max them out easily. THere are some that are more challenging than others.
It is worth it, not so much on red spice, but you need to know how for when you get those purple and pink colonies.
