what he is doing is downloading the spore trial, making a new account, uninstalling it, and downloading it again, and so on.

the simple solution: ban his IP adress!

I'm pretty sure you can have an account without even owning the game.

They already banned all five accounts, I think thats all you can make.

He can always use/create a differernt E-Mail.

not alt accounts, they keep registering more and more accounts.

Or he could get a new email, banning his IP is the only way, but even then, he could just use a different IP, IE library computer.

A public library has computers, and my school banned the internet, they give us special accounts and we get monotired, he can go anywhere to use a computer, a library being open.

He means at a public libarary. Can't they implement something so that Trial users can't post on the forum?

They should not allow trial account users to post here ... until they have found another solutions.

A public library has computers, and my school banned the internet, they give us special accounts and we get monotired, he can go anywhere to use a computer, a library being open.

If he does go around to libraries just to spam a forum, he has no life

Then like, a quarter of our members would be gone.

The solution is to IP ban every computer he uses (or, if it is a public library, the whole subnet area).
