Can I join? I create good creatures for me. I am also a good drawer, everybody that I know likes my draws. I also can be a type of scientific counselor (I am very good on Biology, Physics, Chemist, Paleontology, Astronomy, Geology and Ecology). Hope this creature fits all the Duos's characteristics. Well, here it is:


Species Name: Skewerpondylus Cerahorridus (Gore vertebra / Horrible horn)
Native Name: Caurakai
Human Nickname: Skewerpondylus / Bag Horn / Armored Leech / Xenan Armadillo
Location: The most arid parts of Xena.
Taxonomy: Life --> Imperia --> Disymmetra --> Ferecorda --> Duososida --> Spinaentennae --> Montanatholus --> Skewerpondylus --> Cerahorridus.
Habitat: Arid areas. Mostly find on savannahs, scrublands and deserts.
Appearance: The first explorer to find this creatures were greek. The first thing that the explorers noted where the thick armor covering the Skewerpondylus's back. Despite of looking fierce, the Bag Horns are docile abiovores. The big thorn on the below part of their thorax is used to stag everything when threatened. They can grow up to 2 meters tall and they can have a maximum length of 2.4 meters.
Diet: Abiovore ---- Objects composed of Nitrogen.
Special Anatomy: The most significative trait on the Skewerpondylus's anatomy is the fact that it has a very powerful poison. Inside it's digestive system, it transforms the Nitrogen into a toxin. When it stags something, the toxin is released. If the unlucky staged thing survives to the hemorrhage, then the toxin kills it.
Description/Uses/Other: Only extreme creatures can survive on the deserts of Xena. For living in a place like that, the creatures must have a fast metabolism. Due to that, the Skewerpondylus have a lifespan of 5 Novusvitan months. The few Xen'vi who lives on the deserts of Xena call they as Caraukai, meaning "lifeless beauty" on the desert Xen'vi's language. In the desert Xen'vi's religion, they considerate the Xenan Armadillos as the underworld and life gods. They have this fame from being deadly when threatened and docile when looking after the next generation. They are one of the most docile creatures on the Universe when domesticated. The natives usually uses them as feeding machines. When domesticated, the became harmless, really harmless. They didn't attack anything. That is why the Xen'vi feeds on it a lot.

I couldn't find the correspondent words in Latin, so I wrote in Greek. If you want, you can translate the words to Latin. This message will probably be edited lots of time. Look carefully at my creation, some details are quite difficult to see.

@Melano: It's almost perfect! Just two things: The mouths and antennae don't really fit together. You see, Quintum. don't only have five jaw-digits, they also have feathery antennae. You could always just change the mouth, though. The antennae really look good on it! The second thing is the breathing orifices. Though yours look really cool, they're pointing in the wrong direction for air intake. The openings should be facing forward (in the direction the creature normally moves). Also, they're meant to be gill-like slits, not tubes.

I am a perfectionist when it comes to detail in GA, (If that's what this means) and i love it do it more then anything else in Spore.
